Christian Spalvieri, new Executive Chef of Vitti IL Ristorante, brings his foreign experiences, including the Gordon Ramsay group, and Italy to some of the best restaurants, in this beautiful location overlooking Piazza Cavour.

Contamination between Mediterranean and Japanese cuisine, as can be seen in the sauces accompanying the various proteins, the use of cooking broths as for Italian Ramen, up to desserts with the presence of oriental ingredients. All enclosed in an elegant and refined atmosphere, but at the same time fresh given by the service of the room staff.

It was the perfect experience. The food, the service, the sommelier were amazing. The chef coming out after dinner was the personal touch we didn’t know we needed.

Poche parole. Esperienza da ripetere. Cucina eccezionale, giocosa, mai scontata. Connubio con gli ingredienti giapponesi ma piatti italiani a tutto tondo. Servizio giovanile è sempre attento.
