                                                                      We sat on the lower patio for the first time and loved the view and more laid back atmosphere. We enjoyed edamame, spicy tuna on crispy rice, the Chef’s choice sashimi and Chef’s choice nigiri. The sashimi was some of the best I’ve ever had at Takato, or anywhere else! Our favorite server, Ilya, was taking care of the Oilers hockey team’s private event on the upper patio, but he made sure to stop by and say hello, and also was kind enough to send over a dessert. If you want great service, fresh sushi, and other delicious dishes, please come to Takato! It’s a must stop every time we’re in the area.

                                                                      We had an incredible dining experience at Takato in Fort Lauderdale. My husband and I both enjoyed the tasting menu, and every course was absolutely outstanding. The quality of the ingredients was top-notch — the fish was incredibly fresh and beautifully prepared. The service was attentive and knowledgeable, enhancing the whole experience. Highly recommend.
