The food was absolutely amazing. Would highly recommend.
Excellent food and service. A little too loud for my taste but otherwise fantastic.
Breakfast was very average at best and inconsistent with the quality choices for dinner. Service was non existent and we had to get up and find our server. We’ll try breakfast somewhere else given the prices did not match quality, service, or selection we expected.
We had reservations but decided to sit at the bar. Erin took great care of us. She was knowledgeable about the whole menu and gave great recommendations. The sauces and flavors were outstanding.
Great service, great food!
Drinks are overpriced. USD15 for a mimosa at brunch !!!!!
First time here and it definitely won’t be the last. Amazing experience from the hostess to the servers to the food. When we arrived the place was packed and our reservation was a few minutes late. They offered us a glass of champagne to sit and wait For the 10 minutes until our table was ready. This was Walmart the 10 minute wait, the food was absolutely delicious. The mixed drinks were awesome. We had the Seabass, edamame, crispy tuna, brussels sprouts and everything was delicious. Call vibe to the restaurant And we can see why it was so popular. Great ambience, servers were great, And the food was perfect. Highly recommend this restaurant.
Don't go for the sushi, everything else is to dream for.
Bon was awesome :) request him as your server!!!!!
First time. What a wonderful meal we had. Must try the crunchy tuna sushi. Out of this world. Every dish we ordered was perfect and interesting. The lava cake was decadent. Must go !
Spectacular food! All the tuna options are amazing.
This is a wonderful restaurant for a special occasion. The service was impeccable! The ambiance wonderful, looking right at the ocean. The only thing is that you’ll pay a high price for it!
Exceeded expectations! Everything was top notch. Extremely well run restaurant in every aspect. The manager Paul went out of his way to make sure our party felt comfortable. Our waiter Mateo was very knowledgeable and asked just the right questions to be able to make the perfect recommendation for our party of 3. We will be back 😊
Food is excellent. But it is very loud. Could use some things to absorb sound in there.
The waygu beef was not what I would’ve expected for the price. The Chilean sea bass melted in your mouth!!!!
The himachi amazing!
Great ambience especially before sun set.
Happy hour ends at 6pm m to thu.
I love Takato and would give it 5 Starts, except they have terrible club music playing while you are sitting and looking at the beach eating elegant food.
I wish they would turn down the music a bit and play something a bit calmer.
The food, service and location are awesome....if you like club music while you are dining....you will love this place.
First time here. The food was great and the prices reasonable. Vinny was our server and he was great. Not very fond of the green tea cheesecake.
The whole experience was great. Our server was excellent, he made great suggestions from the menu. Food was very fresh! Would go back again
Yamato is a fun Asian fusion restaurant along the water in Fort Lauderdale. Menu is creative and food was delicious! Our server was very helpful and attentive. Definitely worth a visit!
Fabulous food, great service! Loved it!
Takato Has emerged as Fort Lauderdale’s go to pick for amazing sushi and Korean dishes. Make sure to try the lychee martini!
Expensive prices, Long wait time for lunch and overall small portions
Food was delicious, not expensive at all, drinks were amazing as well and the view!
On par with Nobu, some dishes even better than Nobu. Will definitely come back next time in Fort Laudy.
Takato is our favorite dining spot in Fort Lauderdale. The Food is always consistently delicious- Favorites include the spicy edamame, crunchy tuna, hamachi, spicy tuna roll , and shrimp tempura. The service is always impeccable , and you can’t beaut the outdoor patio overlooking Fort Laud beach. It’s a well run establishment.
Had a wonderful meal and excellent service from Henry. Will definitely for back. Highly recommend.
Staying at the Conrad and this was our first dining experience in Fort Lauderdale.
Food was more than good!
Tram tried to accommodate seating situation that may have resulted in overbookings.
We did get a seat on an outer patio which actually worked out well, given the hyper scene within the overall restaurant.
Bartenders were less than hospitable and actually wondered if there was alcohol in my cocktail - never a good system to your upcoming dining experience.
We understand that Covid impacted hiring, but there has to be some level of management oversight.
Overall, food left us with a good final experience but would hesitate to come back.
We love the food and the waiter was very kind, helpful and on top of everything ( he was from Brazil ) totally cool place to go back .Flavor 100 %
Excellent food and drinks. Beautiful view. Overalls a nice dining experience
My server was great! Matteo I believe. Atmosphere was a good vibe and bartender was friendly.
Waiter was indifferent, food was good but the menu is scattered. In presenting the menu, the waiter’s favorites were all of the highest priced options. They weren’t the best options either, as we were with a friend who goes here all the time!
We asked for a dessert menu, and the waiter quickly gave us 3 options (there are many more)
The thumping music inside feels like a dance party-and outside you get serenaded by traffic and motorcycles -take your pick!
Food was just ok. Did tasting menu for 100 bucks a person and left hungry! Does not live up to hype. Add drinks and tip, there are much better places.
Food was great as well as service
Amazing dinner, views and service was top notch! Will definitely be back.
Really nice night out! Would definitely recommend for a special occasion
It was an amazing brunch selection. Everyone in our party enjoyed what they ordered. Food and service was fantastic!
Good, attentive service. Food was absolutely fantastic.
Never had Japanese/Korean fusion, but now that I've had it I really want to again! To start the drinks are very unique and they taste very good. The food also is unique and the flavors are outstanding. I would highly recommend the rock shrimp appetizer, the soft shell crab sushi roll and even the edamame was really tasty and unique. But what made it special was the service, our server Tali was exceptional, she made great recommendations and was super attentive!
Amazing location, incredible consistency of excellent cuisine. Fun , exciting vibe.. Great service and value.
