   This was one of the best Omakase experiences I have ever had! The tea pairing was also nice and the hojicha ice cream was fantastic

   My experience at the chef's counter for omakase was exceptional. It was so much fun to watch Chef Jun prepare each course. Everyone at the counter was friendly but unintrusive. The waitresses were always available and helpful. The chef was completely aware of my preference to not include eggs and provided substitutions. There was so much food, I was unable to finish, but Chef Jun put my unfinished courses in a box and they looked just as beautiful the next day as they did when served on a plate. This was one of the nicest dining experiences I have ever had, especially as a woman dining alone. It was expensive, but I enjoyed it so much I could overlook the price.

   Our server was very kind and informative. We were there for a birthday celebration and was offered complimentary water and champagne. The sushi was very tasty and fresh. Appetizers were also well made. It’s pricey but the experience was positive.

   Absolutely a once in a lifetime type of experience! I have never had such amazing food. Truly embodies the spirit of omotenashi!

   This is by far the best Sushi in the NW and better than places in CA, we’ve been to the best of the best in Tokyo and this brings the best of Japan to Seattle… !!!

    So delicious. We had the omakase menu and it was on par with high-end sushi in Tokyo (where I lived for three years). Equally wonderful was the atmosphere and service, which were quiet and calm, truly a fine dining experience and much more elevated than any other restaurant in downtown Bellevue. All four of us were able to talk comfortably, and the pace of the meal was quietly attentive without feeling rushed.
