   Unfortunately I did not check reviews beforehand. We wanted a relaxed sushi dinner with the kids near the hotel. The food was good, nothing exceptional. Unfortunately the bill in the end was outrageous! This is the most expensive meal I ever had in my entire life. And it was not even that special…severely overpriced. Usually I am asked before being served a glass of Sake for 10 yeah00$! Ripp-off.

   バイヤンツリーホテル内にある、素敵な日本食レストラン、takahisaにお邪魔しました。 素晴らしい寿司シェフが作り出す、素敵な料理の数々に圧倒されながら夢の様なコースが続きました。 凄く満足感があるスペシャルコースでした。他にもコースは4コース程あり、シーンによって使い分けも出来そう。 食事後は、外のテラスで、お酒の飲めない私には最高の、モクテルを頂き十分に楽しめた休日になりました。 ありがとう、日本食レストランtakahisa。

   This time, we dined outside. The weather was wonderful, and we were able to enjoy our meal in a very pleasant atmosphere. The service staff were attentive and thoughtful, which made the experience truly exceptional. The food was also delicious — especially the spring cabbage roll, which was outstanding. For dessert, the roasted (Hōji-mochi) ice cream was particularly delightful.

   今回でタカヒサは3回目の訪問！コース内容をよく知っているので、迷わず「タカヒサコース」をお願いしました。 毎回思うけど、シェフ・タカが作る豆腐は本当に絶品。まさにドバイNo.1の豆腐です！口に入れた瞬間、なめらかでやさしい味わいが広がります。 そして卵サンドは、シンプルなのに感動レベル。外はカリッと、中はふわふわで、バランスが最高でした。 お寿司も相変わらずのクオリティで、特に大仙のウニは濃厚でとろける美味しさ。間違いなく今回のハイライトの一つ！ どれも一品一品、丁寧に仕上げられていて、今回も大満足でした。ごちそうさまでした！

   I’m completely a regular at Takahisa. I always have the best dining experience here. I can enjoy the freshest ingredients sourced from Japan, prepared by top chefs, and served by the best staff. Everything was delicious, but the crab risotto was especially amazing.

   This time, I ordered the TakaHisa course and enjoyed both sushi and Wagyu. I’ve been here several times, and every visit guarantees amazing food! When I have a day off and want to treat myself to something special or experience authentic Japanese cuisine, this is the place to go. You can never go wrong with TakaHisa!

   日本から来てくれたお友達と利用しました！ 神戸牛カルパッチョ、トリュフとキャビアとウニがたっぷりのコールドパスタ、カニクリームコロッケ、シェフの方に目の前で握っていただくおまかせ握りにソムリエの方に選んで頂いたリースリングワインとシャンパン、デザートのクラウンメロンのヴェリーヌ、スノーリースシューどれも最高でした！ 友達にも一生の思い出と喜んでいただきました！ 大切な人と幸福な時間をありがとうございます❤️

   I had amazing omakase lunch. Incredible food , service and location. Absolutely amazing. Takahisa restaurant is perfect combination of premium authentic best sushi and best wagyu beef in the world.

   The sushi at TakaHisa was absolutely incredible! Every bite was fresh and full of flavor. The service staff was excellent—friendly, attentive, and professional. If you’re in Dubai and love sushi, this is the place to be! Can’t wait to go back!
