We had reservations for a table for 7 for 5:00, outside. When we arrived they seemed oddly surprised to see us but quickly set up a table for us on the deck right over the harbor. The views were lovely, but the restaurant had a scruffy wharf-front vibe that was a little beat up. The windows were streaked, the decor meh, and it didn't seem super clean. I was hoping for a more refined dining experience given the menu and the prices, which were very high. My daughter really liked the appetizer sampler platter, but my husband and I didn't like the chicken kabob dinners. The meat was ground up with what seemed like veggies and heavy spices, and served like square logs not on skewers. The flavors were a bit off for me, not sure why. I think everyone else was OK but not wowed by their meals. We did have to wait a long time to order, but the food came out quickly. The guitar player/singer was amplified and seemed to get louder the longer we sat there. I know that restaurants are struggling right now. I don't mean to be unkind, just truthful about our experience. I wish we had found somewhere else for our celebration dinner.

Literally terrible service… took 2 hrs to get our food… total tourist trap, go to another restaurant in maine… begged for mac and cheese for my 9 yr old and still took 2 hrs…

Food was very good and service was excellent. In a time when servers seem overwhelmed, our waiter was friendly and prompt. Meals were served exceptionally hot. Scallop risotto was a highlight. Guitarist on the deck was talented and volume was just right.

We had a reservation for a regular table but they said they were all reserved for others. We were stuck at a very uncomfortable high-top Even though it was dinner hour, they were out of their specialty cocktail. Their main appetizer , oysters, and a few other items. The server was good but the hostess and management were less than steller
