今回、”新春3,100円ランチ”を頂きました。イチボ肉とっても柔らかくて、甘くて大変美味しかったです。500円プラスでご飯をガーリックライスにして頂きました。デザートは甘さ控えめなモカアイスにマスカルポーネをかけたティラミス風でコーヒーと良く合って美味しかったです。コストパフォーマンス抜群で、大満足でした。

落ち着いて過ごせました。非常に良い美味しい目、見た目の美味しさ耳、鉄板の上で焼く美味しい音鼻、ガーリックの香ばし香り口、多彩な薬味で色んな味を楽しむそんなん言い過ぎちゃうと思う人もいると思いますが行ったらホンマやって言ってしまいます。

後輩を連れてランチで利用。鉄板上で調理の様子を見られるのは鉄板焼き屋さんではの醍醐味で、雰囲気は良かった。前菜が少な目で、もの足らない印象があったが、サラダのボリュームがあり、ヘルシー感が十分。お肉の質も良く、後輩が大喜びで若者を連れて来たことは正解と感じた。日本で馴染みの無いバレーパーキングが利用できることはポートピアホテルの特典でお勧め。リッチな感じで◎

播磨コースを頂きました。フィレ肉美味しかったです。フォアグラのカリフラワーソースも絶品でした。スプーンでソースも全部食べればよかったと後悔するくらい。せっかくなら、500円追加して、ガーリックライスにしてみてください。とても美味しいですよ。

On our Japan cruise, we stopped in Kobe so had to leave the ship to get some delicious Kobe steak. Food at this restaurant is so well prepared, attractively presented, and delicious! Several dinner options to select from, with different meats and varying amounts of Kobe steak. The chef prepares your meal right in front of you, so you get to watch every mouth-watering step! Very professional, and very polite. No need to speak Japanese. Lovely sake selection. Meal is complete. After you are greeted and seated, they place a white cotton apron on for you. Loved the hotel, loved the restaurant, loved the food!

いつもはビュッフェでお邪魔させていただいていますが、今回は結婚記念日の為少し改まった雰囲気の中で食事をするのも息子にも良い経験になると思い、鉄板焼き但馬さんにお邪魔しました。お料理もワインもスタッフのサービス等もとても良かったのですが、14時半頃でしょうか、とても雰囲気が変わるような家族グループ客がカウンターに。(6～7 人くらい？) いきなり子供２人がゲームしながらカウンターに座りガヤガヤと続く家族。まるでお好み焼き屋さんに来たみたいな雰囲気でした。きっとシェフのご家族だったのかな。時間的にも、ランチ営業が終わり、お客さんも少なくなる時間帯だし、それに合わせて家族が来たんですね。せっかくのホテルでのお食事です。ビュッフェならともかく、やっぱり雰囲気は大事ですね。身内を呼んだとしてもちゃんとしてほしいです。 24年前に結婚式を挙げた大切なホテルなのでまだまだこれからも利用します。どうぞ素晴らしいサービスをしてくださる皆さんの努力が台無しにならないようにお願いします。

高齢の母と二人でお邪魔しました。雰囲気が良い店で、神戸牛のステーキの焼き具合も良く、良い時間をゆっくりと過ごさせていただきました。

糖質制限メニューをいただきました。大変、美味しかったうえ、糖質もおさえられているので、ダイエット中でも罪悪感を全く感じることなく食事を楽しむことができました！また、神戸に行った際には伺いたいと思います。
