Tandoori

Tandoori dishes

Tandoor is a cylindrical clay oven used in cooking and baking. The heat for a tandoor is generated by a charcoal or wood fire burning within the tandoor itself. This allows our chefs to prepare Indian breads, meat dishes and brochettes all at the same time. All of our Tandoori dishes are marinated in a mix of spices and yogurt for at least 24 hours.
