   Spectacular Indian food! We were amazed by the diversity and quality of the food. Owner and personnel were also very friendly and nice. Ambiance was perfect and the overall experience outstanding!

   Amazing food, specially, Peshawari chicken tikka, Manchow soup, Australian lamb chops, tandoori jumbo prawns, lamb shank Nihari. Garlic Naan’s, falooda kulfi, Great cocktail drinks- Shahjahan, Mumtaz 75, Taj Mahal etc. Great Vibes, beautiful ambiance and very open and roomy feeling unlike any other Indian fine dining restaurant. Absolutely mesmerizing… thank you TEAM TAJ MAHAL LIVERMORE

   They claim to be a fine dining restaurant. They are anything but that. While the ambience is nice, the service leaves a lot to desire. We were served cold food and had to send it back. The server was pretty non existent. On top of that I have never seen any fine dining restaurant provide paper napkins instead of regular napkins.

   The waiter was very rude and made us look stupid. He questioned why we eat the appetizer with rice. Then questioned why we were ordering another appetizer later that evening. And to top it off. He asked us if we were ready to get the bill… 3 times! After telling him that we were not ready because we were still drinking beers. Very bad service…The food was not even that great!

   We abandoned the buffet after the first course. Was cold and unappealing. A La carte was better. Service good. There are better options. Won’t be returning.

   Now that’s what I call a fine dining experience. Starting from warm welcome and comfortable sitting makes everything perfect. The food here is good and dal makhani is fab!
