   This was my first time at you restaurant and food was ok, rolls were hard my food was cold when got to table. I feel was overpriced for the quality of food. could've eaten at Texas Roadhouse for same food and half the price.

    MY wife and I have had many celebrations at Tahoe Joe's since it first opened over 25 years ago and it had become our favorite restaurant until Mr. Fansler sold it and the service and quality of the food was not as good. But it was better than other steak houses close by so we still ate there. On Friday April 14 we made a reservation and ate there again. Our meals were good but we have had better there recently. Our service was poor and though our server was friendly we felt perhaps she had too many tables to take care of for there was too much time between the time she took our order for drinks and they were served, then again too much time before we received our food, then wait, wait, wait until she was available to give us boxes for our remaining food. There were six to eight tables vacant in the pathway to our assigned table so we had to wonder if they were intentionally short staffed. Not a good experience especially for the cost to eat there. Would not recommend Tahoe Joe's to friends at this time.

    Enjoyed our meal, and pretty much all that was part of our dining experience. The alcoholic beverages were very good, and served in a timely manner. Enjoyed our appetizer - Railroad camo shrimp - very much. The shrimp were as tasty as they've been in a while. Salads were good - as usual - though I forgot to order for some dry blue cheese on-the-side with mine. It was brought out quickly when I told the waitress I had forgotten to order it. And, our main course(s) were quite good. However, I was very disappointed to hear TJ's is going to discontinue the Halibut! It's done very well at this restaurant, and I specifically come to TJ's to order that for my main course! Along with the bar not stocking Galliano Liqueur for my favorite cocktail, and dropping the Halibut from the menu, I don't feel I have strong reasons to visit anymore!

    Please come out really quickly. Some of the side dishes were luke warm. The mini lamps at the tables are filled with dust, every single one, that kind of ruins, my appetite.

    We hadn’t been there in a very long time and were pleasantly surprised at how generous the portions were. Everything tasted delicious. The clam chowder that came with dinner was a huge bowl and was excellent.

    The food is excellent especially the pork chops and the steaks. The service is hit and miss somewhere between excellent and non-existent. The ambience is rundown cabin like really run down cabin decor. This place badly needs an upgrade, tables and chairs are wobbly and uncomfortable. Everything is ancient and halfway cared for.. mostly clean but not entirely. I would order takeout.

    We enjoyed our dinner so much. We started with cocktails and the artichoke & spinach dip. The drinks were well blended and really good. The appetizer was delicious. We all had the salmon and it was spectacular. Our waiter was really friendly and took great care of us. We will be back!

    having eaten at Tahoe Joes since it first opened, but not in a while, Iwas anxious to see if it was as great a place to eat as it was in the early 2000s. It was excellent! We had a filet that was so easy to chew you could eat it with no teeth, and the flavor was so very good. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely not wait so long before my next visit.

    Every time we visit family in Fresno we go to Tahoe Joe's, we split the T-bone steak, it was perfect and the baby greens salad was delicious, I love the bread, ate too many rolls!

    The only problem at all is that the restaurant check in person could not find our reservation. As we got there at 4 pm, there were tables available and we were seated on time. But if we had chosen to eat at 6pm I could see that it would have been a disaster.

    Been going there for over 15 years and yesterday had the worst server ever. It took her 15 minutes to ask for our drink order, no silverware, them she took orders for people that came in after use. Finally had to tell her we were ready to order. Never came back to check on use. When you spend $91, you should get better service Because we been going for yrs, I still would recommend Tahoe Joe's. But hope never to have that server again

    Aimee is an amazing server, made me feel very comfortable! Food was good, sirloin was a little tough but good flavor. Smoke was a little strong, but tolerable. I’d come back for sure!
