Great food and ambiance!
Donuts! Have the donuts!
Our server was outstanding. Super nice and helpful. I would suggest the oysters. The lobster ravioli was amazing. I would go back just for that!
It was great!
From start to finish....amazing!
Outstanding experience from the moment we arrived. Caitlin welcomed us and guided us through the meal with great food and wine suggestions. Definitely worth continued visits!
Food was nothing short of superb.
Amazing in every way! We will definitely be back!
fine food, very good service, live music evenings, would go back
Great experience! Excellent service! Dog friendly too!
Will definitely be coming back! Celebrated a birthday here and the service was great and the food was out of this world. Best Italian I’ve had at a restaurant. On the pricer side but worth it!!
Try the Squidink pasta with Crab. I had the Chefs special Porcetta with polenta. Outstanding. Not to mention my Niece visiting, had the Duck, her first time trying Duck and she was a happy camper.
Lovely meal, service and ambience. Food was very good.
We were really excited about dining at Tagliata. On the plus side, the cocktails were good, there was live music (jazz pianist and singer, pretty cool, and we were seated very close to them), and the server was very knowledgeable and attentive. However, the food was not as good as we had expected, and there were some unusual combinations that didn't really work. We started with the calimari, which was weird - it was served with fregola sarda - tasted very tomato-y to me, and the calamari was thinly shaved - didn't get much of a sense that there was seafood in it. We share the half portion of lobster ravioli, and that was quite good - the best dish we had at Tagliata. For main dishes, we had the pan roasted ora king salmon, and the tilefish which was a special. The king salmon was underseasoned. The tile fish I found a little chewy, although it had an interesting sauce with cranberries. Overall, it felt like the chef was trying too hard. I can see that they are trying to do something different, but it didn't work for us. I will give Tagliata another chance. It it very pricey though, so I expected a lot more food-wise.
This is a perfect restaurant for a romantic evening 😊 Food, service, and ambiance are amazing!! Definitely will be visiting again!!
Tagliata was a wonder place to celebrate my birthday with friends. The squid ink pasta is delicious!
The service and food was outstanding! I enjoyed my birthday dinner! I will definitely be returning
Amazing!! One of the best restaurants I've ever been. Good jazz music, good drinks, amazing food, incredible service.
Food was good although the half portion was very small. Tables were not 6ft apart. Service was great
Wow. I don’t even know what I can say that will do this place justice. I wasn’t expecting it to be as good as it was but my mind was blown. I’ve eaten at A LOT of Italian places and as an out of towner was not anticipating baltimore to be the city where I have the best Italian food ever. The oysters, the squid ink pasta, the veal chop, the fried chicken. I will travel to go back to this place. It’s that good.
Amazing food and service! Tagliata never disappoints
Excellent staff, food was very good. My daughters NY strip was one of the best I’ve ever had. But overall ambience made the diner feel special. Overall a great place for a special occasion
Fantastic food, cocktails, and service. Server made great recommendations and helped make a special experience. Would strongly recommend for date nights and special occasions
Thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Tagliata. Would 100% go again and recommend to friends and family. Looking forward to going again and sitting outside. Thanks for helping us celebrate my wife's birthday.
Husband & I decided to have a nice dinner after filing our taxes together. Wonderful evening! Great food & atmosphere. Wait staff very friendly and swift.
Amazing service and food
Tagilata was an amazing experience, from the food to service to the ambiance!!!
Phenomenal. Recommended by some friends, and they did not disappoint. Erin D., our server, did an amazing job and I’ll request her for when we return.
Probably by far the best Italian place in Baltimore and reservations are usually hard to get, so make sure to do it early. The interior atmosphere is very cute and lovely with indoor and outdoor seatings available, and there’s heaters available too. The service was amazing and practice social distancing.
I ordered the Squid Ink Campanelle, which includes fresh blue crab, sea urchin cream sauce, chili, basil, breadcrumbs. The pasta was very chewy and seafood was super fresh. The sauce was creamy, but definitely wasn’t heavy at all. I got the half portion, but would recommend going for a full size. You could also try the other kind of pasta by ordering multiple half sizes. Totally recommend if you love pasta.
Delicious dinner and went to their sister restaurant to get a chocolate dessert for our daughters birthday!
Looking for an exquisite dining destination then look no further. Tagliata offers quiet elegant ambiance coupled with delicious appetizers, pastas, entrees and desserts. The mushroom risotto melts in your mouth and the sally and squid ink pasta is to die for. Finish it off with the ricotta donuts and you will be leaving in a food coma. Absolutely beautiful and delicious.
All around great spot to have a nice Italian dinner.
Food was fantastic and the service was excellent.
Went here for a get together with family I hadn’t seen in a while. The food was amazing, the staff was kind, and the air was filled with conversation and music. I’ve missed this feeling since the beginning of the pandemic - it was happy evening for me. I had the Squid Ink Campanella. Don’t skip this primi option. It was decadent and light all in the same bite! And have dessert! One thing that 2020 taught me is to eat dessert at any opportunity you get!
We frequent Tag on the regular and this visit was no different than any other - superb as always. The only thing I would say is that I really wish they would keep the Agnolotti pasta dish on the menu permanently, but there are plenty of other dishes that I love that keep me satisfied.
Second time at Tagliata’s and it was amazing once again! Lobster ravioli was delicious and the Bolognese had the freshest pasta I have ever eaten.
Chicken Parm and Sides ordered were great. Calamari was a bit too tangy, but otherwise good. Ribeye was too chewy for my liking.
Had an amazing time, as always, at Tagliata. Food and wine were amazing and the service was top notch.
Great with COVID precautions! Food excellent as always.
Awesome venue and food/wine! Would recommend to couples or ladies night.
