Our experience for dinner was outstanding. The food and service were both incredible!
Wonderful experience. Fav app was the Tuscan Fried Chicken and Artichokes with aioli dipping sauce. Grilled Tuscan Salad (radicchio, Gorgonzola, honeyed nuts and thinly sliced apples) was delicious. With all the wonderful starters, it was nice to be able to order a half portion of pasta. My lobster ravioli was the star, though my partner enjoyed his veal bolognese too. Live jazz pianist/singer was performing in one of three dining spaces. She was very good, but we wanted to focus on conversation, so chose a quieter space. Service was friendly and professional. Outdoor space looked inviting too- might ask for that next time.
I’ve been to Tagliata before, with friends and had a great time. So of course I needed to return, I made a reservation for my business partner and I ( she loves Italian) the food was great and the server was nice. But I was shocked to have experienced sitting 1 table away from a women who coughed the entire time we were there. No mask on site, and she did not cover her mouth. It was so bad the couple sitting to the left of them asked to move. I was shocked that not 1 staff member said anything to her. WE WERE SITTING INSIDE!!!! This was not a 1 , 2, or 3 times cough, this was 2 hrs straight.
That ruined my entire experience, we are still fighting through a deadly pandemic and I thought going to what I thought was a higher-end restaurant , would have better safest standards.
Luckily my business partner enjoyed herself ( it was her birthday and they brung a slice of cake and candle to the table, which was cute)
But I don’t think I will be returning, atleast not until this pandemic has subsided.
It sucks, because the food was amazing !
Overall experience was okay, definitely not as good as I expected.
I told my server coke had gone flat. She said that’s all they have.
Best friend’s 60th Birthday
We loved our dinner. Great cocktails food and service.
But the music. Oh lord. Someone at our table said they were glad prince wasn't alive to hear that rendition of purple rain.
Truffle tartare was under seasoned. The truffle pasta was severely under seasoned and undercooked. I understand al dente, but this was crunchy. My steak was perfect. Our table on the patio was full of ambiance. The server was a tad under attentive. Overall, it was enjoyable and I wouldn’t hesitate to return. This is one of the better restaurants in the Baltimore area, but I still prefer Monarque.
This is one of our favorite spots - never disappointing. Jennie is the best - she knows what we want before we do and always gives us the best experience! The truffle witch hat pasta special was a perfect add for our group as an appetizer.
Lunch was fantastic.
We had the most incredible dining experience at Tagliata. From start to finish, the service and ambiance were impeccable. Food was delicious. I highly recommend the Bruschetta and the Chicken Marsala. I couldn’t get over how fresh and flavorful everything was. The tomatoes on the bruschetta were the most delicious tomatoes I’ve ever had. Our server was lovely. Our table was bused promptly between courses. It was the perfect night.
Great food. And great explanations from the server about the food choices and wine selection. But it was expensive.
Lush ambiance, lovely cuisine, and outstanding service by our server Zuleika. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and extremely patient with our many questions.
Can’t wait to dine again!
Great food and a great atmosphere made for a fantastic night.
Outside in a wonderful patio with great service and food
Food was amazing!
It was a great experience and we would definitely go again
We were celebrating my husbands birthday and the staff was so wonderful. You can not go wrong with any of the fresh pastas. The chef’s selection of salumi and cheese was perfect and went really well with the suggested caprese salad. Will definitely be returning during our next Baltimore trip!
Great food—loved the caprese, calamari, and pastas (liked the lobster ravioli, fra diavolo, Bolognese best). Service was lovely and thoughtful for our daughter’s birthday and our server was helpful with suggestions. Great pianist and vocalist (and volume was perfect, we could enjoy the music but still converse).
Second time to Tagliata's and both times were FANTASTIC!! Great food and service!!
My husband and I came here for our anniversary dinner while visiting Baltimore from out of town. A local friend had recommended Tagliata as "the best Italian in the city" but that didn't even do it justice. The food was incredible and the service was top notch. I would recommend to anyone looking for a nice dinner with a trendy but intimate ambiance and stellar service. 11/10
The steak was very disappointing. I would have never imagined receiving a very tough steak at those prices, but it was. Very bad! Luckily the waitstaff was amazing and would not let me keep it. But it was followed by a dish with very chewy lobster! I was shocked by the entire meal experience because we came last year for our anniversary and it was amazing. This was a bad way to spend our anniversary:(
It was both my date and I first time at this restaurant. I’m big on aesthetics and a nice outdoor setting, so it was very beautiful! I felt like I was on vacation. I love that they have a live pianist during the night time (perfect for a date night)
The food was very fresh and tasteful. My waitress Jessica was very knowledgeable on the menu being that it was our first time. She gave us great suggestive meals to try and made our experience very comfortable and pleasing.
If you love cocktails, you definitely need to get the Sprezztura Cocktail!
There for a birthday, staff was very nice and attentive. Outside atmosphere was beautiful and food was delicious.
Delicious food! Beautiful place and amazing music!
Super cute decor and great live music. The pasta was delicious! Especially the crab pasta and lobster ravioli
Overall the meal was great but we ordered probably 15 different dishes (apps/entree). Three of the dishes were overly salty. Great place which means the expectations are high. Two of the 7-8 cocktails were pretty terrible…everyone at table agreed on the salty food and cocktails.
The service seems off but i think it might just b the noise level. It is a very lively place. Server cant hear you so the communication and connection is not there. Just always feels off. I love their pasta and 45 day dry aged steaks.
Birthday celebration. Great experience.
The staff was absolutely wonderful. The food AMAZING!!!! I love this place so much. Thank you for allowing me to spend my birthday
The best place in Baltimore.
Food was fantastic and staff was friendly. Really enjoyed the entire night!
Wonderful evening at Tagliata. This was our first visit but it won't be our last. Because we were a party of six, we were able to sample several menu items. The salmon crudo and the calamari appetizer were both over the top but everything was delicious. They have an extensive wine list and unless you're well versed in Italian wines, don't hesitate to ask for help making a selection. We did and the sommelier directed us towards a lovely red that worked well with all our dinners. Don't worry, if you tell them the price range you're looking for, they will stay within your request.
A little too much salt on the antipasti (caprese salad and bruschetta). Service was great. Restaurant was a little too cold.
Tagliata is one of my FAV spots. moving my brother into college again this year and this place is ALWAYS a stop. every single part. from the location, to outdoor patio, inside, the staff is amazing, the food….INCREDIBLE. A++++ truly.
Food and service was amazing! Went there for our wedding anniversary and even helped us celebrate by providing a complimentary glass of champagne.
Loved Tagliata, probably my second favorite of all the Atlas group establishments I’ve visited in the city.
Tagliata remains our "go to" venue for a great dinner out, whether with friends or family.
Came knowing nothing from NY to celebrate my husbands birthday (he is working down in Baltimore)
had an AMAZING TIME.
Delicious food. Good service. Live music (duo) to add to the ambiance in the dining room. Outdoor area looked lovely. We are 60 and it was a younger crowd but still an overall very enjoyable dining experience. Would definitely recommend.
