We were a group of 13 and did the 20/20 vision brunch and the service and the food were excellent! Our waitress gave us an array of every taco so we all got to try all of the tacos! The tacos, the margs and the service were all fantastic! The veggie nachos are also the best nachos I’ve ever had!
They should offer burritos! And tacos with beef! Unfortunately none available! But if you want a strong buzz that's pretty much all they have to offer !
It was a great - a lot of fun! My friends and I had a lot of fun and were able to enjoy dinner together :)
The bartender gave us a free shot 10/10
Neighborhood spot! Loved the margs, nachos and all taco options. So pleased
The food is delicious! My only critique is wishing they had more taco options. You can order a beer and a tequila shot for $10. Definitely recommend trying if you’re in Midtown.
Food was great, seafood tasted very fresh and came out pretty quickly. A lot of drink options but not the best tasting except for the plain tequila options. Service was a little slow -- seemed like they were understaffed and a bit overwhelmed but the number of people. Also it is very loud inside -- music playing very loudly and then people shouting over the music so don't plan to go if you're looking for a quiet dinner.
Nice spot. Food is AMAZING, however, the drinks need some work. Although they have a great bottomless/unlimited taco brunch menu, they could take some tips from Maya on what those margaritas should taste like to keep ppl coming back!
music too loud
Great food, drinks and service. Only thing was that we had a reservation and it wasn’t ready when we got there. Was fine to have a drink at the bar in the meantime!
Great food, drinks and service. I would like to come back.
AMAZING! 11/10 waiter Randy, he was great.
Drinks are strong and worth it. Go for brunch and have a great time with great music.
Went there for the unlimited tacos and drinks. The tacos were so bad we ended up just paying for the ones we ordered and cancelling the unlimited tacos and just doing unlimited drinks. If you go there for unlimited drinks you won't be disappointed but I wouldn't even want to try anymore of their food.
We came here for brunch after months of not having brunch and let me tell you it was a great first brunch experience. Endless tacos and margaritas. You can’t go wrong at all!
They were rude from the jump. They had all these crazy rules for ordering. Our server was rude and got away with it because they charge 20% gratuity for brunch items. They rushed us to get out. Overall terrible service. The food and drinks were good but not enough for us to go back. Definitely don’t recommend this place at all.
Loved it! The workers were great and polite, and the food is amazing and worth the price.
Came here to celebrate a work accomplishment and was excited for attend. The front desk person was super nice and attentive. We were the first people there and she seated us where we felt most comfortable. The owner or manager couldn’t tell, came up to us and took our initial order of drinks and guacamole and chips to the table. It was downhill from here. We waited about fifteen minutes for anyone to take our food orders. We weren’t even clear who our server was until we asked. My friend had the Baja tacos which was bland and lacked flavor and the street corn which tasted burnt. I had the shrimp tacos which were good and the rice and beans which were a little bland. The drinks and appetizers were the best thing here. Altogether it was ok , I was expecting a little more considering we were the first here and there weren’t that many people in the restaurant.
It was too loud inside. Food was good. Margaritas just okay.
Outdoor dining experience much better.
Overall experience was really poor. Service was spotty, likely spoke with 5 different servers through the night, half the time having to flag them down for attention. We ordered 2 sides and 4 taco platters. The sides and 2 of the 4 taco platters came out quickly, with one on a lettuce wrap instead of a tortilla (not what we ordered). We waited at least 15 more minutes for the remaining 2 taco plates (which were the same tacos as the first 2 that came). They set the table for 3 instead of our party of 4, and had to piecemeal ask for the items (water glass, menu, silverware set) whenever we could flag a waiter. We sat for 10minutes waiting for the check at the end with empty drinks and plates. Food was fine, tacos were overly greasy, waiter told us drinks were from a mix. Not exactly the experience we expected
Great Baja cod tacos. The chips with guacamole is excellent!
Amazing music vibes delicious tacos and frozen margs
Good service great food and drinks and an awesome brunch!
Fun, vibrant , cool atmosphere. Great tacos and drink options. Could be loud for some but we loved it. Will be back.
I was so excited to go to Taco Vision for my birthday after hearing about it from friends and seeing it on social media. Though the brunch is a great deal and the food was very good, the service was awful. It didn’t feel like bottomless because we could never find the waiter to order more food or another drink. We ordered more chips and 30 minutes later we got them. Our plates stacked and no one was clearing the table. We ordered a round of drinks and they took over 15 minutes. We spent a lot of brunch with empty plates and drinks with the waiter no where to be found. We were disappointed because everything else was so great, but ultimately the service really effected our dining experience.
It was amazing. We had the crab tostados and WOW! Shrimp tacos, cod tacos and lobster tacos, Mexican corn and beans and rice. Everything was full of flavor and delicious. Our server and the bartender were friendly and accommodating. Would go back everything I'm in NYC.
Hostess was accommodating. The service was great. The server was very knowledgeable on drinks. My friends and I had a good time!
We sat in the bottom section, they only have one bathroom for everybody and also not much of variation in the Happy hour menu
TacoVision was great! They accommodated our reservation immediately and it was a fun atmosphere.
Tacovision is a great place …. Food and service were excellent. And we loved the ambiance. We took our family and I would say it’s more appropriate for 20 year olds, but we all loved it. Definitely not a good spot for picky eaters though. The drinks were good too. It’s pricey but considering it’s NYC, it’s right in line with other restaurants. Definitely recommend. Must make reservations or you won’t get in.
Outstanding staff and service, best tacos in town, amazing margaritas (try the mint/mezcal option), best bang for your buck. Great upstairs patio too!
It does get packed so reservations are recommended; thee al pastor tacos are a much try and the nachos are shareable. The drinks are anything but watered down and the service is impeccable but it does get alittle loud.
I wish that they would have a fish option on the unlimited brunch menu selection. I didn't really like the Brussel sprout tacos and that was all I could eat because all of the other offerings were meat. My party LOVED everything else though. They said the food was amazing. I had to order from something other than the brunch menu. The food I did get was yummy and endless margaritas are never a bad thing! All in all if you don't have dietary restrictions this is a great place to be.
Amazing. Food was great
Great place all around. All of the drinks, apps, tacos, and sides we tried were great! Definitely hit up happy hour, which goes to 7p each day. Happy hour features discounted appetizers and drinks. As for atmosphere, the place is trendy looking and modern inside and hopping with customers who are glad to get back into the real world after the pandemic.
Good spot for an energetic dinner with friends, especially if you're a loud group - it's already a loud and energetic spot so did not feel out of place! Good and easy food, great drinks. We loved our waitress!
There is no question why this place is always jam packed. Consistent food and service. The new renovation on the first floor also looks awesome!
I had read great reviews about TacoVision from someone I follow on TikTok. My friends and I missed the brunch. We had a late lunch. This place is great!
I strongly recommend their Margaritas on the rock and their Birria Tacos!
The food was horrible, worst tacos I’ve ever had. I was so disappointed because I was excited to come here and it was on my list for so long.
Delicious food and fun experience!
Went to TacoVision for the bottomless brunch and the unlimited taco. My group and I sat outside. I feel that was a mistake because once we sat down it was like we weren't customers anymore cause it took over 20 mins for someone to say or even bring us water to the table
Finally, we had someone come to take our order we all agreed on the $40 brunch special. We ordered and that took another 30 mins so at this point our time limit is being wasted on just sitting. Finally, food came out but still no drinks. Our drinks came out at this point we told the waitress our next round so this time we didn't have to wait. Of course, another long wait to finally gets our food order was missing food which I don't understand it's only 4 taco options for the unlimited taco menu.
I was pretty much fed up at this point I just went in and I spoke with a young lady name D who apologized for the experience that we were having. I explained to her we weren't getting serviced the food would come out we had no one to check on us to make we had everything or needed anything. D stated that she would check on what was going and again apologize for what was going on. I went to sit down and it just seems like the same stuff was going on so long story short 5 out of 10 I would not go back again.
The reason for the 5 is because the concept of the brunch is good who doesn't love tacos... The tacos were good only wish we had more options. The service is what threw me off and wouldn't give them my money.
