The food was good, but the service was horrible. Our waitress was great, but the drinks took 35-45 minutes to come out and we waited 1.5 hours for our tacos to come out. There was 3 of us and we each ordered two tacos. Again, the waitress was great but the bar and kitchen were extremely slow. I wouldn’t go back.

Rocky to start. I had reservations for dinner and had confirmed them twice. When we showed up to the restaurant for our reservation it was closed due to a private party. In fairness, the manager made it right by guaranteeing me a table the next night, and it was in my opinion the best table in the restaurant. The service is not great. It took our waitress 25 minutes to bring our drinks after we ordered. But the food was delicious. We ordered the guacamole / chips, and the carnitas tacos. Absolutely delicious. The guacamole had just the right spices and consistency and the tacos were terrific. I think if you can overlook how slow the service is, it is definitely worth it.

We enjoyed ourselves the moment we were greeted by the hostess to the moment we left. We even enjoyed paying the bill because the experience was worth it. The food was exceptional, our waiter was kind and attentive and we were not rushed. I highly recommend Tacos and Tequila to you.

Food was disappointing- expected much more. It was bland & tasteless. Server was fantastic & atmosphere was great. Gorgeous location with great outside views.

The restaurant itself is gorgeous right on the beach. We were too hungry and ordered steak tacos and elotes. The elotes was amazing, some of the best we’ve ever had. The tacos however were terrible ! The meat was overcooked but somehow cold. The tortillas were also uncooked which was odd. The service was also extremely slow considering we were there two hours for two items. I would say go for drinks and appetizers but don’t go for a main meal.
