Used to love this place. Now I need to order my own food using a QR code, get my own water, get my own salsas and napkins and utensils. The chicken wasn’t what it used to be. Never again.

This was an interesting and fun concept with some really unique tacos and offerings. I had a table reservation for 6 people and we were squished into a 4-top. We ordered everything from our phones which was convenient and easy. Service was friendly, but slow. I hope our experience was an anomaly, the team seemed to be very under-staffed. We had to ask multiple times for water and our appetizers arrived well after our tacos despite ordering them together. We eventually received all of our food and utensils, but had to inquire about many items that didn't arrive, and a handful of items had to be sent back since they weren't customized properly. Hot tip - if you do order in, don't add extra salsa to your order for an upcharge, there is a free salsa bar in the back! I'd get food here again, but would honestly just do carry-out given our experience.
