The Taco Shop's menu is split into two simple categories: Tacos, and Not Tacos. The Not Tacos portion includes classics like tamales, quesadillas and ceviche but the stars of the menu are certainly the tacos. The range from the simple but delicious Baja fish taco with the catch of the day in a negra modelo batter with chipotle slaw to the spicy and flavorful chorizo taco with house-made Spanish sausage seasoned with paprika and ancho chile.
