   BAD EXPERIENCE! CANCUN TABOO & CABO TABOO MAJOR DIFFERENCE. We made our reservation for 10pm, so we can enjoy the ambiance and the party life taboo is known for. When we got there not a single human being at the restaurant the host was so rude when we arrived. She is like do you have a reservation and I said yes my name is…and then I told her well your restaurant has no one and she said reservations is required. I let her know we are here for hookah and drinks, she immediately goes like we don’t have hookah. I asked since when, it is on your website and page and she asked when did you make the reservation I said 6 weeks ago and she repeats oh yes 6 weeks ago it started like what. You were waiting for me to tell you an amount and then I told her I was not notified or saw any changes in the website, I told her how upset I was. She is like ok are your gnna sit or leave. RUDEEE!! When we go there the workers were doing inventory of their alcohol and we were waiting to be served, when we asked for the check they kept insisting on a tip. TIP IS NOT MANDATORY IN MEXICO, ITS DISCRETIONARY. The whole experience was so bad but I was forced to put down a tip and we were celebrating an occasion not once did they come by with something complimentary like a sparkler. Taboo CANCUN you are doing an amazing job, please come and train CABO…the host especially how to treat customers and create an ambience that Cancun represents. The difference is like day & night.

   We had a wonderful time at Taboo! It was one of the highlights of our trip. We went around 7pm for drinks and some food and enjoyed the entertainment and vibes. We ended up staying all night as the energy was very high and welcoming! We will be back

   The one in Tulum has a lot more energy and fun. This location is extremely laid back and staff seems underwhelmed.

   I had a GREAT time at Taboo! This is the epitome of dinner with a show. I loved my vodka pasta, my drink was great and the overall presentation was amazing. There was also a fireworks show. 10/10 recommend. I WILL be back.

   Great experience! It was my birthday. The food was make to perfection. The service was great! I’ll definitely be back when we come back to Los Cabos. Thank you for helping making my birthday special
