    Beautiful Father’s Day dinner out on the patio. Restaurant was busy but the staff was friendly and attentive; food was delicious. Went with the house favorites: Fried chicken, shrimp and grits, and the preservation plate.

    The Tomahawk Rib-eye was sublime. Perfect to share. Service was excellent. Went there for Father’s Day and enjoyed it very much.

    Loved the food and Drinks and atmosphere! Only complaint is everyone kept coming by and trying to take our drinks and plates before we were done. Many people kept trying to take our plates.

    Had never sat on the porch before and it was really hot! I was kind of surprised there were no fans/ceiling fans. Dressed nice and sweating 😑 but food was great!

    We really enjoyed our meal and the atmosphere at Table & Main. Love the partitions for dining safety. The grouper special was delicious, as was the shrimp and grits. Lots of flavor and cooked just right. The only suggestion I'd make is that, since the menu mentions andouille sausage with the shrimp and grits, that it not be listed as part of the entree, and listed as only a small part of the gravy. When I mentioned this to the waiter, I thought a nice touch would have been that he'd offer to bring me a little sausage, but no such luck! Alas, there were only a few tiny pieces of andouille in the gravy, so the meal, compared to the menu's description was a bit of a let down. Regardless, we love Table and Main and have brought many friends and family here. We will certainly be back.

    Both hamburger and chicken were very dry. Beet salad was good, side salad was good as was the pudding. But I would not recommend either entree.

    Once again an amazing experience at one of our favorite restaurants. Excellent food and service. Dinner at a table in the courtyard was a perfect way to celebrate our anniversary.

    Table and Main is known for its fried chicken . 3 of us had fried chicken and it was completely bland, flavorless and just plain uninspiring. I just cannot for the life of me understand the accolades. I had the fish special and it also was very bland. The shrimp and grits and burger were both excellent. I am not a connoisseur of fried chicken but I have had Gus’s , which is astronomically better.

    Table and Main is our go to spot on Canton Street. You can’t beat the service and ambiance, especially on the front porch. The only reason for a star taken off from food is the famous fried chicken was dry and overcooked. The table behind us said the same. This is unusual as it is usually moist and flavorful. Hopefully, they fix it back to why it became so famous.
