   Great food but most impressed by outstanding service and amazing value for money. They offer a two for one deal throughout the week. Our waiter was so attentive and the food was yummy. All in all great value for money and we will definitely be going back.

   I visited Table 7 with my family for Sunday lunch. I had previously been here before (2 years ago), and really enjoyed the food. Unfortunately I didn't really enjoy it this time around, and felt embarrassed that I had recommended it to my family. Firstly we ordered Olives, which I think were passed their used by date, they didn't look right and I was shocked that they served this. When we asked for straws, the waiter brought them, but he touched the end of them, which isn't right. There was far too much gravy, our burnt yorkshire puddings were so soggy. There was no flavour in the food, and we all got 3 tiny potatoes. I ordered pork belly, which was supposed to have crackling, the crackling was soft and like fat. Thumbs down.

   When we arrived we were provided with a menu which was COMPLETELY different to the one that you advertise. I had planned to order, scallops, pork belly and strawberry cheesecake My partner had planned to order, sticky figs, steak, chocolate bread and butter pudding As I'm sure you are aware none of those feature on the menu you provided. Fair enough the reason the waitress gave was that you are changing the menu. But surely it would not be too much effort for you to put a line on the website stating that the menu is subject to change. if the menu I was provided on the evening was on the website I wouldn't have booked. In the end my partner was offered a steak....but It was thin and I would say looked more like a rump and not a sirloin

   We know Victor very well and once again enjoyed a very pleasant, quality meal with excellent service.North Chingford is awash with very good Italian, Indian, Chinese restaurants and Table 7 is something different. If I could offer a couple of requests that could improve things still further, it would be for a couple of specials each night and broader wine list with more guidance to match each course with the most suitable wine. I gather Victor is now working on a Taster menu and hope this can be extended to the daily menu.

   Been meaning to try this place for some time and I wasn't disappointed. Quieter than I expected for a Friday but that didn't matter, great food with a creative twist. Will come again.

    We went to Table 7 as we needed somewhere local for a farewell lunch for my brother and his fiancee as they were going away travelling. Table 7 was the perfect choice. The restaurant staff were extremely accommodating considering we turned up 45 minutes late and close to kitchen closing time. The food was very good - quite an unusual choice of dishes for this sort of restaurant which was nice. I'd particularly recommend the fig and stilton starter and the duck main course dish. The steak main course is very generous! A really great ambience - the decor of the restaurant is lovely. What really made our afternoon was the excellent and friendly service - the waitress was so lovely. I would definitely recommend.
