Built in 1837 and beautifully restored, Table 1837 features dining areas adorned by linen draped tables, rough hewn beams, original stone and brick work, a spring-fed fountain, wine cellar dining, outdoor patio, a bar and lounge areas.
A scenic drive, 15 minutes from York-PA, 40 minutes from Baltimore-MD or Harrisburg-PA, 50 min from Gettysburg-PA or Lancaster-PA.

    This is a great place for a special occasion. Attentive staff, delicious food options, appealing food presentation, desirable atmosphere. We had the Wednesday night 3 course dinner for 2 for $89.00. Reasonalbe for fine dining.

    The food was delicious and upscale in recipes. Only downside was I asked for a mimosa, which was included with the brunch, and instead I got orange juice with vodka instead of orange juice and champagne.

    Great Mother’s Day brunch. Whole family enjoyed it and left full. Several good options, especially with our picky 7yo. Would go here again.

    We were early and placed in a room with a wonderful soothing waterfall. The great thing other than the food was we were the only couple in that room for most of our brunch. It was like having a private party. Food was great. You have to go there to experience the ambience and food.

    My wife and I drove an hour to Glen Rock Mill Inn primarily because of the reviews. This was our first visit. Service was excellent. Ambience was perfect. We had calamari for starters. I had the shrimp and oyster gumbo (wow) while my wife ordered her usual medium rare filet which arrived just shy of well done. How could this have happened? Yes the offer was made to replace the steak but hey , the mood of the evening was already tarnished. You only have one chance for a first impression
