Symposium Cafe Restaurant & Lounge- Aurora

Your food was not very flavourful. The mango chicken rice dish had over cooked broccoli, a sauce that was old, again no flavour, microwaved. The mango was hardly evident. The pepper steak pasta was salty, but acceptable. The carrot cake was completely dried out. Two people both had agreed on this and the manager, said was insistent that it was fresh as the cakes are eaten quickly and seemed to be in disbelief, but he should have tasted it himself to understand the dryness. He took it off the bill, which was good. So overall, the value for what you get is not worth it and the food, really substandard.. In such a competing market, I'm surprised these cafes still do well. I have been to this location once before and one in Thornhill, and in all three instances found the food of poor quality. Will not return and gave it three changes.....honest review

Good for a quick bite or dessert.

Eggs benedict always good. Jonathan our server was friendly and efficient. Good experience as always.
