The Swizzle Supper Club menu will feature the area’s best prime steaks, chops, sustainable seafood, and local produce, all served up from the open-concept exhibition kitchen situated in the middle of the restaurant, allowing diners to watch the culinary action. The beverage program will take a more retro tone, with classic cocktails, including seasonal features, and a curated list of wines available by the glass or the bottle. Swizzles Big Bar area will also offer happy hour specials and bar bites, encouraging diners to drop by for a quick drink, or linger for the evening.

Our dinner and service was beyond amazing for dinner! Brittany, our waitress, made several spot on suggestions for food & cocktails. She was extremely attentive and helpful. Highly recommend the wedge salad, scallops, filet, and bananas foster cheesecake. I promise you won't be disappointed! We can't wait to come back to visit!
Spectacular views, food, service and atmosphere 👌
Food was sensational! Cathy took amazing care of us! The view is incredible! The ambiance is the only thing lacking. Not a deal breaker, but no tablecloths, no flowers, no candles, and plastic menus. It just felt sparse. Again -food, wine, and service were perfect - just felt like it was missing something. Overall - we had a wonderful evening.
We were celebrating several things and Swizzle was the perfect place to go. Not stuffy, but quiet enough to enjoy each other's company.
Our wait staff was just attentive enough.
Our menu selections were all a hit and plenty to share.
We requested wheel sitting and the views did not disappoint.
We took advantage of the surf and turf special and were beyond impressed with every course. The bread was amazing and the other big surprise was the broccolini, perhaps the best vegetable dish we have ever eaten in a restaurant. The chocolate cake was divine and the serving was so generous that what we brought home has been dessert for two more nights. Of course, the filet and lobster tail were great as well. We will definitely return!
Took 3 hours to eat! Took us 2 hours to get our entrees after ordering. Way too SLOW! 4 people spent $250! Should be 5 Star Service; more like 3! Food was good!
I was excited to try the brunch at swizzle. Unfortunately, it was not up to my expectations. The concept is interesting, but I felt it was quantity over quality.
With that said- I can highly recommend the hash browns.

My husband and I made a reservation at Swizzle for our Anniversary. When our waiter, Ramsey, came to our table for the first time, he had two glasses of champagne! He was great the entire evening! My husband had the filet mignon and a side of asparagus. I had the salmon. Everything was delicious. Ramsey recommended the Bananas Foster Cheesecake. It was everything I had hoped it would. Kudos to Ramey for a great date!

Celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary and had a wonderful time. Our waiter Peter was awesome, as was his assistant Jawan (spelling?).
Our servers name was CASH and he was great! We ordered all of the food items but 1 on the Happy Hour menu. Everything was good! We ordered 3 different drinks and they were delicious! We had a reservation and there was no waiting to be seated. The atmosphere including the music was excellent. Looking forward to going back for another date night and to check out brunch!
Unfortunately, We had to walk out of this place due to frustration. We got there at 9pm when our reservation was set,and it still took about 35-45 min to seat us and only after complaining to the manager after I watched two parties that arrived after us get seated. The appetizers were pretty good (atleast that’s what I thought at the time). We got the meatballs and lobster bisque. My wife got the ravioli and she was not a fan of the taste. Stayed that it was very dull and lacked of flavor and was over cooked. I couldn’t try them because they contained mushrooms and I’m allergic. We ordered the Mac and cheese and garlic potatoes as a side. The potatoes weren’t bad, but had zero flavor. The Mac cheese tasted burnt as all can be. So bad we both literally spit it out. Anyway I ordered a New York strip, and had to send it back not once, not twice, but by the third time I just gave up and told our waitress I was all set and we were leaving. I always order a steak Medium Rare. First time it came out as hard as a hockey puck. Brown throughout the entire cut. I was surprised it even got served to me. The second time it looked like they just slapped it on the grill for 30 sec. a side and brought it out. Last try it was still far over cooked. At that point we got the checked and left. Our waitress was very nice and apologized but I was felt as the manager should of came over and asked what he could do, she did comp most of our food. But still ended up paying over $120 for this “meal” and we both left hungry. First time this has ever happened to us in a restaurant. Will not be coming back here, probably worst experience me and my wife have ever had in a restaurant. I expected a lot better from a 4-5 star caliber restaurant that’s at the rooftop of “The Galt House” arguably the nicest hotel in Louisville. To top it off when I got home I got very sick, considering the only thing I ate was the lobster bisque, I’m assuming I was served bad lobster. Nice way to cap off the night.
Really enjoyed it. Salmon and mashed potatoes and broccolini were delicious. Had the Smokey cocktail and really liked it. The julep with peach was too sweet for me. Great view great service. Waitress was knowledgeable about gluten allergy.
Staff was amazing. Filet ordered medium rare, came well done and dry. Second attempt only slightly better. May be largely due to quality of meat, but was below average. For a $300 meal, I expected much more from the steak. Cocktails and sides were good. Seafood platter was decent. The team of hosts, wait staff, etc was by far the best part. Second was the rotating view. Cocktails next. Followed, lastly, by the food.
The carnivore plate—steaks were luke warm and all cooked to different temperature which I found strange. Some of my selections like meatballs and prime rib were not available.
dining room was inside, inside. never saw out over city or river. Swizzle would not validate parking in Galt House parking garage. cost $8 to park and eat. Not a very good first impression.
Pork chop was out of this world!
Our server Kathy exceeded in every way.
We returned a second night for dessert. She remembered us and was very welcoming.

Expected more at this high price point. Service slow - although they warned us about this at the beginning. Food "OK" Wine priced extremely high for a glass.
This place is horrible. Service was slow and food was not good. They serve small plates and you can not even add anything to one. Everything is extra to include your coffee which is not said up front on the menu or by server.
I had the biscuit and gravy and wanted to add over easy eggs. I was told I couldn’t but could have the scrambled eggs and bacon. Eggs and bacon arrived cold. It took almost 20 minutes just to get a cup of coffee. Finally when leaving I ask if I could get my parking ticket validated and was told no because the city owned the parking garage. When this was the Revue it wasn’t a problem. We definitely will not be back to Swizzle.
The best restaurant experience I've ever had. All of our plates were fantastic and they handled my food allergies exceptionally. Our server John was incredible. He was able to answer all of our questions and was attentive without hovering. The evening view and the sunset was better than we expected.
Could not be happier, this is a dinner venue we will be going back to over and over. Best lobster we have ever had. Steak and salmon were perfect. The cocktails were over the top delicious and different from any other establishments. Ramzy our server, he can’t be beat. We might have to ask for Ramzy! Bananas Foster cheesecake was a perfect ending!
For the price the food was quite mediocre, the service was fine, not outstanding. It's nice to have a sweeping and changing view of the Ohio River but once is enough. The noise level wasn't too bad at first but then seemed to ratchet up.
The restaraunt was nice and the view very nice. The appetizers and drinks were really good and the server was outstanding. We got the carnivore special for two. It includes 3 cuts of steak for $95 and we ordered medium well. 2 cuts were well done and tough 1 cut was cooked medium-well but all were lukewarm and got cold ridiculously quick. It was very disappointing especially at that price point. We will not be dining there again. I recommend Le Moo or Jeff Ruby's, you get better food that is prepared well.

The carnivore platter was amazing! Three of us split it with a side dish each! Recommend the bearnaise and chimichurri sauces! The truffle creamed spinach was wonderful!

Great place to eat with great food and views (25th floor of the Galt House hotel). Service was excellent, complimenting the great food.
This spot is a must go for the view alone. If you have the time try as much of it as possible.

Great experience! Loved the spinning restaurant. Very cool. The restaurant was very classy and had an upscale feel. My date had the cowboy ribeye steak with duck fat potatoes while I had the wedge salad and the scallops with Brussels sprouts. All of it was amazing. Ramsey was our server and provided wonderful suggestions and was very personable. We will be sure to visit the next time we are here from Maryland.
