Offering sweeping views of the river and downtown Louisville paired with a supper club-style menu and cocktail program, Swizzle, a new restaurant and bar by AJS Hotels is currently taking reservations

The Swizzle Supper Club menu will feature the area’s best prime steaks, chops, sustainable seafood, and local produce, all served up from the open-concept exhibition kitchen situated in the middle of the restaurant, allowing diners to watch the culinary action. The beverage program will take a more retro tone, with classic cocktails, including seasonal features, and a curated list of wines available by the glass or the bottle. Swizzles Big Bar area will also offer happy hour specials and bar bites, encouraging diners to drop by for a quick drink, or linger for the evening.

                                                                                                    Peter was our waiter and he was excellent. Food was delicious and the restaurant itself is nice, however the servers hangout on the steps and there is so much noise. Wish they had romantic music playing and the restaurant itself was quieter. But overall very good.

The steaks are amazing and the selection of wines and bourbon are great. Service with Peter was good and attentive! The bread is amazing and the cold seafood appetizer was delicious !

                                                                                                    Food was not good and pricey. The shrimp was dry and tasteless. The sea bass was covered in a tomato sauce that was not flavorful. We were very disappointed. Ordered a bottle of wine without an option to taste it. It was awful but we were told we had to buy the bottle since it was opened? I have never had that happen.

                                                                                                    Outstanding service, ambiance and food during the very busy Derby 151 weekend. If Swizzle can be this perfect when they are slammed; I'm impressed. Our drinks and every appetizer and entree we ordered were outstanding. No complaints. We were very pleased to be able to sit in the rotating 'wheel' with the beautiful views of Louisville and the Ohio River.

                                                                                                    Our third time at Swizzle, which has become a great place to go before an evening show at the Kentucky Center. The food is amazing with a great menu. There was an issue with reservation system that caused some frustration at the start, but with such great views and food it is hard to let that dampen spirits too much!
