We can’t wait to welcome you back! Serving lunch and dinner daily, Swifty’s will feature the same tasty fare and excellent service you have enjoyed and is outside under The Colony’s Hanging Garden with an al fresco bar that has live music and chic lounge seating. So if you want to dine outside, or if you desire a slightly more casual approach, Swifty’s is for you. Original proprietor Robert Caravaggi is at the helm just as in ‘the good old days’, with Colony Executive Chef Tom Whitaker. So come to Swifty's, it's like a club without the dues, and see what the fuss is all about.
Please understand when checking/seeing the 'Outdoor Booked' request, is just that, a request! we will honor as well as we can.
The Colony will continue to serve breakfast daily in Swifty's lounge and on the outdoor patio.

First off, the ambiance and vibe is unmatched. I was blown away by the decor and overall demeanor. Secondly, the service was immaculate. Patricia, our server, was so knowledgeable and made some great recommendations. She also went out of her way to make my boyfriend feel appreciate with a birthday dessert/candle. Patricia, thanks for making us giggle and fall in love with Swifty’s! Lastly, the FOOD and the COCKTAILS! Highly recommend the tuna tartar and the calamari. Thanks again for a great night! We will be back

Dinner at Swifty's at The Colony Hotel was great. We were able to sit outside by the bar/pool area, that evening & enjoy the breeze. The outdoor area was well tended by waitstaff and the table settings were lovely, the same as if you were inside the hotel. The variety of food on the menu was great. Also, the specialty cocktail menu had a good selection and it was nice to try a summer themed cocktail. They also had entertainment in the way of a guitarist and it added to the ambience. The Colony Hotel is a quaint spot and should not be missed.

We went for Sunday bingo. The service was beyond slow. The $42.00 cheese plate took forever to get. When it finally arrived you could tell it was NOT freshly made. Not worth the money. Never did our server ask if we needed anything let alone how everything was. I had to flag her down for everything. The restaurant was not busy. The F&B manager was on site and also never checked on us. For 2 drinks and a cheese plate that cost over $100.00 The Colony needs to get its act together!!!

Went for Father’s Day brunch. It was fantastic! The atmosphere and the service is top notch. Great place for people watching too.

It’s a must if you are in Palm Beach! We went twice and enjoyed the Trivia and Bingo. We are from WV and the decor takes us home to the Greenbrier - Dorothy Draper ambiance.

Wonderful lunch! Everyone from the greeters at the hotel entrance to our lovely hostess and server were warm and friendly. We hope to go back and stay at the hotel!
