I always have the best time here. Always bring out of town friends here. Get table 214 or 215. The service and food are great. View of Wrigley field right smack in front of you on second floor where the whole wall rolls away do you have beautiful, lake breeze open air dining.
Our server was very pleasant with a beautiful smile.
We didn’t wait long for our food a d once it arrived.
I was blown away with freshness and quality .
Thank you for the experience.
Great service! Food was wonderful too.
I spent $450 at this restaurant. The food was great, but the service was horrid. Our server barely stopped by, and when it had been 20 min since I finished my last drink (or had seen our server) the manager asked how we were doing, and I addressed the fact that our server was non-existent. The manager did not do anything about the situation other than grab me another drink.
I’d like to say this restaurant was a good experience because of the quality of food, but the service was so bad that I cannot recommend this restaurant to others.
The Swift and Sons Steakhouse is phenomenal so I am comparing this location to that one and it falls short. Food was “just ok”. I went at brunch so maybe dinner might be better?? We did order the oysters though and it was kind of blah. If you have “oyster bar” in your restaurants title they should be amazing… def not the case. Service was sub par.
Brunch before Cubs vs Cards that got postponed. Despite the disappointment the food and service were great!
Everything we tried was amazing. Pretzel bites an queso. So yum! Also the 300 days of summer drink is a must try. Ask to sit upstairs if possible for the best view of the stadium.
Very good value for an upscale tavern quality meal, service and ambiance.
Enjoyed happy hour and dinner! Excellent service and the staff was top notch, shout out to our server Patrick!
Amazing space! The food was excellent and the views second to none. I’d just go here and skip the game next time!
Amazing wedge salad with steak
We love all the staff, especially MaryAnn!!
Ordered the cheeseburger. Very disappointing as an offering from a supposedly quality beef emporium. Two thin patties, only American cheese and ok not great sauce.
Oysters were excellent and the atmosphere was fun. Entrees were tasty and reasonably priced. Our server was good - really just doing her best given the short staffing.
Everything was great! The service was excellent!!!!
We had dinner here before the Cubs game. It wa the perfect spot in my opinion to have a nice meal before an event at Wrigley, fans superior to other nearby options.
Great view of Wrigley Field with oyster happy hour specials and frosted glass for my beer - what more do you need?
From beginning to end great! Fab table food and service!
Out server was amazing, but food was average at best - not up to the standards of the original Swift and Sons downtown
Fun to be on a patio across from Wrigley. Oysters were great. Menu is somewhat limited and very casual but a lot better than normal bar food.
Great food, service was slow and not super friendly.
Love the vibe!
The service was excellent, the food delicious.
Inattentive waiter. Drinks and apps brought after the entree was already eaten. Restaurant not at all busy .
Excellent view!!! Food and service were outstanding!
Overall, good experience but a little overpriced for what it is.
We’re regulars at the Swift & Sons in Fulton market and wanted to try the Tavern in Wrigleyville. The oysters were excellent, but at $4 each a bit steep. The NY strip was cooked perfectly, but the Hanger steak was too raw. The creamed spinach was great but the broccoli was very bland.
The wines we tried were fine but we were a bit surprised how limited the selection by the glass was.
Would we return? Yes, probably but mostly for the oysters. For steak, we would stick to S&S in Fulton market, because they just deliver a perfect dish every single time.
Right across from Wrigley. Staff was great.
Highly recommend the spin art dip! Service was knowledgeable and friendly - great pre-Cubs game destination if you’re looking for a better meal than neighboring sports bars
Staff was great and burger was excellent
Host - awesome. Very personable. Server - weak and without personality. Poor presence during the meal, not friendly at all.
Good dining choice in the Wrigleyville area. There's a very nice view on the second floor overlooking the stadium, and the service is decent.
Do not come here hoping for the same food experience as their West Loop location. This concept is different with a more relaxed menu. In full transparency, the quality of the food is a bit lower as well.
Would recommend for casual meals when in Wrigley.
Beautiful setting, excellent service, delicious food and beverages. Highly recommended all around. One of my favorite places in the city!
Service for getting our drinks and food was quite slow but otherwise everything was good!
Medium strip grisly and burnt almost to crisp. Slow service though sparse attendance. Mashed potatoes and appetizer crab cake were fine.
Service was very poor. Actually got appetizers 5-10 minutes before our drinks.
Fantastic addition from the Boka group ! Great oysters and such a great deal during Cubs games. Beautiful restaurant, excellent staff and on game days an electric atmosphere. Thank you for rebranding the space and for living up to the great Boka traditions.
Great location with fantastic views of Wrigley Field!
Grandson‘s first Cubs game
We waited about 10 minutes to be seated as there was a back up at the door. Eventually, some other people came over to help the hostess. It took a while to put in receive our order and when it came, the food was just slightly warm. We were headed to the Cubs game so chose not to say anything. The server was very nice and friendly. But not sure we’d come back.
Went before Cubs game, more upscale than the regular Wrigley bar scene. Great service. Love the ambiance.
