Love the new menu. The steaks were absolutely delish. Finally got to enjoy sitting outside on the patio and while it was at times noisy it was still Worth it to enjoy a beautiful evening.

The food and atmosphere was all excellent! Everyone enjoyed everything they ordered. The service was disappointing especially after we were done eating. We sat with our dirty plates in front of us for 20 minutes. If you can add some more servers, this place could be 10/10

The place itself is beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed the ambience and the intricate would work that surrounded us.. service was not great. The server never introduced herself and kept walking away. Our drinks sat empty for a long time before having to ask her to come to the table to get more drink orders. One of the meals came out incorrectly that was quickly replaced with the correct meal by the manager. Server never came to check on us during the meal or apologize for the mistake. She never asked for any refills before dropping the check off. At that point, we were just ready to go. It’s always disappointing to spend so much money with such lackluster service. Will say meals and drinks were very good.

I am so grateful for the staff at Swift & Olive in the Wilbur Mansion. I had planned a Retirement Get-together for colleagues and friends and the experience was so memorable. Throughout the evening and afterwards, my guests remarked at how beautiful the restaurant was, how excellent the staff were, and that they wanted to return back again. Sundiata and his staff both front and back of the house were friendly, delightful, and made us feel like we owned the mansion with how attentive they were from beginning to end. Will definitely come back again.

The Wilbur Mansion is a really neat building. They did a great job of combing the old world with the new. I love that they kept the old wood work in the building, which is intricate and beautiful. The service was great. The food was delicious. Everything we had from the carrot soup and Italian pepper appetizer, to the lamb and rib eye entree, and the brownie and peanut butter explosion dessert were all tasty. We will definitely be back!

We waited over a half hour for our drinks, my filet mignon was undercooked. Veggies were cold and undercooked. Was given gravy instead of a peppercorn sauce that I was told they had. Was given an empty dessert menu. Did not have Chardonnay by the glass

We arrived and were immediately welcomed and shown three different options for seating as we received a tour of several rooms in the mansion. I don't know where to start with the food. The Brussel sprouts were so good.........just the right amount of honey. There were six of us and everyone loved their main course. I had the filet and wouldn't hesitate to order it again. We also had dessert. I had the creme brûlée and it was ok but not enough vanilla for my taste. We loved the Mansion and will be back.
