We had a great time at Sweet T's for my son's birthday dinner. The food was amazing! Service was great, considering he had a lot of property to get to and from each table. I would highly recommend this restaurant to friends and family. Just make sure your pocket books are ready!

Sat outside because of Covid and space was really nice if a bit hard to walk through and stay distanced. Server was in training but was helpful and attentive and super friendly. The food was mostly excellent but a few misses too. The black eyed peas were amazing - as good as my grandmas cookin’. The hush puppies were outstanding. Crunchy and flavorful and warm and a piece of southern home. The BBQ meats also delicious - tender and juicy and a zingy sauce. The Mac and cheese was okay - not amazing. Sadly no crunch and no meaty cheese on top. Just kind of ok. The greens were good but lacked a certain something - a salty fattiness that greens should have. The ‘mushroom hash’ should
Be called potatoes and peppers. There were three half mushrooms. It was tasty but not what we thought when we read mushrooms.

The dessert we chose was not good. Period. A sugar bomb with little flavor - the nana cream pie wasn’ a pie not cream pie. It was a layered dessert with a very sweet crust, a banana gelatinous layer of ‘cream’ that was firm set and way too sweet. A very thin layer of banana and a very thick layer of whipping cream. And then inexplicably covered with caramel and chocolate sauce. One bite was too much. I would never order that again!

Overall we will go back and be particular in our order. More hush puppies and black eyed peas, more BBQ and we want to try the chicken. Doubtful we will try another dessert.

I've had fried chicken all over the Bay Area and Sweet T's is by far the best! Moist (even the breast meat) and flavorful. Their smoked meats are great too but the fried chicken alone is a good enough reason to come here.

The food is sooooo good and service is excellent. Mixed drinks/cocktails are very well crafted.👍👍👍👍

The southern fried chicken is the best I've ever had. The ribs are fall off the bone tender. The mac and cheese is to die for. Everything I've ordered has been superior. We love Sweet T's.

I don't know that I have ever had anything on the menu that was not excellent. Yesterday we ordered side orders of their OUTSTANDING Okra and Brussel Sprouts--Both to die for. My husband had a burger with sweet potato fries and I had the rib salad. Excellent and ample. It was such a nice change from being home. We felt perfectly safe with their operation. Our SERVER, Kristan--ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!! We have had her before and she continues to be amazing. She was training and serving yesterday and still OUTSTANDING!!

The waitress was outstanding! We felt safe and distanced from other tables outside. It was warm and cozy although the weather was cold. I would go again.

The brussel sprouts were amazing! My husband loved his burger and I really enjoyed the chicken sliders. Our waiter, Steve, was attentive, friendly and fun!

It was so nice to just get out of the house and eat it actually a restaurant. It is a little bit cold in the outside patio, and some fumes from the cars that kept pulling in to pick up their food but drinks were good food was good it was a good night.

Good food, good service, but terribly noisy. The outdoor patio dining is next to a very busy street. Lot's of street noise. So much so that we couldn't relax and enjoy getting out for the first time in 8 months. even with background fountain sounds and some attempts at a garden wall, the noise was overwhelming.
Would not recommend except for take-out.

Great. Food and service

The service here was great. Everything came out quickly and all of the staff was very attentive. Great outdoor set up with lots of heaters. It was pouring rain the night we were there but you would never have known when you were sitting down. Everything was very clean too.

Pro: Great covered patio with heaters; excellent compliance with COVID precautions, energetic, pleasant server and efficient bus staff; great brussel sprouts; nice variety of menu; good portion size; generous side salad for extra dollar with plate.
Con: Brisket lacked smoke taste, service was a little slow.
Overall very good place to go that seems to follow all the necessary precaution of today with overall good food and pleasant service.

Great ambiance on the heated patio, fantastic service (thank you Kathryn!) and the best food. Sweet T’s is my go to restaurant, even if it’s a 30 minute drive for us.

Nice cozy patio dining area with adequate heat for comfort, excellent service, and of course delicious food. We enjoyed ourselves and stayed for desert.

Had a reservation didn't get seated until almost an hour later. Service was not good. Forgotten food and rushed experience. Super loud environment. Not a great time. And EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE.

Our reservations were for 7:15, we didn’t get seated until 7:40. We had a baby and we’re seated outside away from the covered area. We came for the shrimp and grits, and weren’t told they were out of grits until I went to place our order. Our food took quite some time to come out, and the mash potatoes were cold. I have been waiting over a year to dine there, and was so excited; sadly I’ll probably never go there again.

Everything was really great from the service to the food. My husband is very interested in Bourbons and Justin was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and so nice. Made my husbands night to talk Bourbons with him and learn even more. Thank you Justin, you're awesome.

My experience was so yummy in my tummy. I love the food. It was so gooood. I love the crispy Brussel Sprouts, Hush Puppies and many more. Even my entree was great tasing. I had the BBQ platter with the sides Mac n cheese so flavorful with cheese and cream and the cheese grits. Overall, fantastic place to go to eat.

Went for lunch on Sat 11-07, great choice. Started off with a couple of Appetizers, roasted Brussel Sprouts and Chicken sliders. I could eat a bucket of the Brussel sprouts, damn they were good
We both had a 2 item smoke combo, I had brisket and pulled pork, wife had brisket and ribs, we both had Mac and Cheese as sides. This is some good food folks, you go here, you will leave happy with a full stomach

We got there a few minutes before our reservation but we were seated right away. They have a hand sanitizing station right by the patio door and a ton of patio seating with each table being properly spaced. I forgot a jacket but was pretty comfortable with the space heaters on above me. The noise level was moderate but I was able to have a conversation without yelling with my fiancé. The food came out extremely quickly even though every table was full, including the southern fried chicken...but we did ask ahead about whether that needed to be ordered 20 minutes ahead of time or not just in case. The cocktails were delicious, the food was delicious - this is definitely a place I’d return next time I’m in the area!

Sweet T’s overall overall experience surpassed all expectations. Attentive and had a good feel for what we were looking for. Food was amazing and the owner was there and accommodating to chatting about his restaurant; he was rightfully very proud of his place! Highly recommended.
