Did not find it as good as the old location. Honey, cream and jam are each extra charged as well as any other tea except English Breakfast. Herbal teas are $8 a pot. Also servers kept touching their hair.

Server wouldn’t answer any questions. Told us to read first page of menu for the information. Atmosphere was stark, not like any tea room I’ve seen. Food was mediocre. Upcharge for a decent tea. Server left, and didn’t tell us. We sat there waiting for our check for quite a while, only to be told that we pay at the register, and had we read the first page of the menu we would have known this.

We had a wonderful time. The food was delicious. The tea was perfectly brewed. Everyone was very attentive. The only downside was that it is very loud. I was expecting a little cottage with a few seats like the pictures, but it was a large room with tons of people and we were talking loudly to hear each other. It was still really wonderful and perfect for book club after reading Austen.

The decor was very nice for a tea room. The service was good. The amount of food that we were given for the price was absurd. We paid $96 for two people to have afternoon tea. The items on the tray for the most part where one bite. We called in advance to ask if they could make accommodations for something that could not be eaten as prepared. They gave one more of the cucumber sandwiches and switched out a scone. Nothing to put on the scones was provided. We weren’t told that when we asked for jam and clotted cream (about 2 tablespoons) that we had to pay extra. There were no utensils for a team room that had China cups. Just very small wooden utensils. We left hungry. It was not worth the price for the food that was provided. So t be going back.

As soon as guests step through the front door, they are greeted by a lovely atmosphere that transports to a different time and pace of life. The whole experience is comparable to any high tea I’ve enjoyed in London.The menu, as well, holds up to comparison. The offering of both teas and refreshments is thoughtful and, although the selection is a bit sparse, everything was truly delicious. Overall, it is a special experience. For some, it’s a bit pricey for a weekly gathering, but a perfect experience for any special occasion!

Overall it was a lovely mommy and me tea. The atmosphere, place settings and decor is lovely. We didn't feel rushed at all. It was a bit loud and crowded. The price is average for a high tea, however some of the items didn't seem very fresh/tasty. As a note for older children, my daughter enjoyed the nutella/sweet cream tea sandwich, macrons and petit fours. A reservation seems to be required, I wouldn't try to use their walk in service. The parking is limited.
