          Me and my mum came for afternoon tea which was delicious and beautifully presented. I had the dairy free option which was so nice! The staff were very friendly and accommodating too. We enjoyed our experience so much that we visited the following day for a quick bite to eat and to take some cakes home with us. Highly recommend!

          Firstly we we made the booking we were asked was it a special occasion, which it was. Now I wasn’t expecting a bottle of champagne but don’t ask these questions if you can’t wish the person a happy birthday. We were put right at the top floor, it may be my oversight but I don’t remember reading that we needed to go up 2 flights of very narrow stairs. Once upstairs there was no way of contacting anyone, even though the lovely young lady made sure we were ok, you couldn’t ask questions or request any more drinks. Overall it is a pretty place, food was lovely and tasty. I would visit again 🩷

          Lovely hen party afternoon tea. Food was so nice and plenty of it. Lovely staff who looked after us and made sure we never ran out of prosecco. Would definitely return.

          We had a lovely memorable time. Great central location, we weren’t offered the option to sit outside. The food was fresh but not a large variety of savoury simply just 4 finger sandwiches. The service was great and was quiet once a large table had gone. It would have been nice to just give a small nod to the birthday girl but nothing was done to add to the celebration.

          I booked afternoon tea for 5. The food was outstanding, tea refills were plentiful, and my vegan and gluten free friends were very happy as well. Service was excellent and the atmosphere was friendly and upbeat. The location is very convenient and the decor wonderfully flamboyant and so very pink! Overall, a brilliant afternoon out and excellent value for money. Would definitely visit again.

          Went for a hen party and left with mixed feelings. Lovely location and decoration in the private room. The staff and their behaviour was odd and unprofessional. Tried to overcharge for people who couldn’t make it last minute. The manager decided to send a poor young waitress up to debate the cost with me when I had my mouth full of a sandwich. Ruined the occasion somewhat for me as I had to pull out emails etc. in front of the whole group of hens rather than doing it discretely at the end which would have been the appropriate thing to do. They also rang me telling me we were late when the majority of the group were waiting to be seated. No possibility of adding someone on last minute who had a dietary restriction even if ordering off the main menu. All very odd and screams of terrible management which reflected badly on the overall experience.

          Lovely afternoon tea for two, traditional sandwiches, scones and cream finished off with delightful little cakes beautifully made and presented. My daughter and I throughly enjoyed the meal. Very nice selection of drinks to go with it, and you could change from tea to coffee or a soft drink. Great value for money. A nice calm atmosphere, very relaxing after shopping. The staff are helpful and friendly.

          5 of us enjoyed a visit to SLT. We ordered in advance the grazing boards and a childrens afternoon tea. The service was good, the food was delicious and the presentation was beautiful. The grazing boards were big and we had boxes to bring some home to enjoy! We would highly recommend a visit. The cake counter had amazing cookies, macarons and more.

          Afternoon tea was perfect & tasted amazing. Service was excellent & really friendly staff. Well done for the ladies for coming up and down the stairs without showing us it was hard work… highly recommend 👌👏

          We booked sweet little things in Bath for afternoon tea as part of a hen party weekend. The venue itself it's absolutely stunning and we took loads of beautiful pictures both outside and inside during our time there. The afternoon tea was delicious and beautifully presented. I was also extra impressed with how they displayed the decorations I had dropped of the day before, taking care to make sure it all looked great for us and the bride to be. Would absolutely book again and recommend for any girly get together!
