Food was excellent! Our first experience with Indian food. All the flavors were great and well thought out. A couple dishes were better than expected. We would recommend getting a spice level of three. We picked two because we didn’t want it to be too strong, but three would have been just right. Menu was a bit overwhelming, so just pick something and enjoy!

Very nice space and helpful, friendly staff. Our group enjoyed the cocktails and the dinners. They included salmon, lamb, a rice dish and chicken. Would add that it is breezy/chilly with the air conditioning so plan accordingly.

Swagat was excellent! My family and I enjoyed a wonderful meal. We tried several different appetizers and all chose a different entree. Everyone was very happy with their meal. We will be returning again.

I met with a couple friends to celebrate a birthday. We were so impressed with this restaurant. The service was excellent, so polite and professional. When ordering your main dish, they ask if you like your food mild or spicy. The Samosa appetizer was delicious. Be sure to order some Naan flatbread. I had the chicken tikka masala on the mild side and ate every bite. Yum! They surprised us with a plate of Gulab Jamun (dumplings with syrup) for dessert in honor of my friend’s birthday. How nice! Our adult beverages were also very well-made. Highly recommend this restaurant!

The food was outstanding. Biryani was delicious but a tad spicy while the chicken tikka masala that they'd indicated would be "medium spice" was very mild. Naan was pillowy soft and tasty. Prices are a little high but that seems to be typical of most places now. The servers and staff were friendly and helpful. The tables are lovely, but the chairs were uncomfortable. We were really pleased, overall. There are a couple of spots in Madison that we've typically gone to, but now we can have this great food right in Sun Prairie. Excellent.

Very authentic cuisine. Service was friendly and quick. Decor seemed like it needed something. (Nothing really on the walls at all.) But seating was comfortable. I LOVED my Chicken Tiki Masala. And the Garlic Naan was TO DIE FOR!

First time visitors, on a special meal for a birthday occasion. Food was excellent, met and exceeded all expectations. The naan was amazing! Service was friendly and fast. We arrived early (5:30) in the evening, so had the large eating area to ourselves for much of our dinner. As more diners came in, the floors and plates got a little noisier, but not unpleasant. We look forward to our next visit.

Food was great, but the experience in the restaurant was a bit strange. We walked in and there were 4 people in the vestibule but none of them offered to check us in. A woman came and didn't take our name even though we had a res, but just seated us. Then 3 different waiters came and took our orders and/or served us, which was very confusing. Also, the food was wonderful, but when I asked if I could have a side of chicken to add to my butter chicken (very little chicken in this dish, IMO) they said this was "not possible". I felt that dish had too little an amount of meat in it compared to other butter chicken's I've had, and for $18.50.

The restaurant was busy which is totally fine, but the servers went to the tables right next to ours several times but barely visited ours at all. We received no drink refills, had to flag someone down for boxes, had to find a manager to get the check. I’ve been there before and normally it’s great. I know they were busy too, but the fact that our server and the manager went to the neighboring tables several times while my friends and I had empty glasses, was just not great. We also waited ~15 minutes to be greeted.

The food was good and served quick. But every sever approached us and asked us if we were ready to order within 10 seconds of sitting down, it was overwhelming. Once our food was served we were not checked on again to follow up how it tasted, etc.

Good menu and attentive service. Was surprised to see a 3% processing fee to use my credit card on my receipt. Could not find any disclosure of this. I would have used cash if I had known. Wish had choice if naan or rice for entrees.
