Sushi Takeshi in Las Vegas is a popular sushi bar with extraordinary variety in an intimate and welcoming setting. Original, garlic or pepperoncini-coated edamame is a flavorful way to begin your meal, as are the many soup and salad options such as the crisp and creamy soba salad and the king crab soup. There is also a selection of Western-influenced items, such as the teriyaki burger and the salmon burger, which are accompanied by French fries.Undoubtedly, the best options at Takeshi are the fresh sushi, including nigiri, sashimi and hand rolls. Signature rolls are customer favorites, like the King Club roll with king crab and avocado, the Blue Diamond roll with salmon, white tuna, cucumber and garlic ponzu sauce, and the Hakodate roll with yellowtail, ponzu and sliced jalapeno. The multiple-course menu at Sushi Takeshi is an enjoyable way to try a bit of everything.
