Sushi Saint, located in Downtown Orlando's Creative Village inside the Brew Theory brewery, is a temaki hand roll bar & sushi lounge by Michelin-starred chef Michael Collantes. Each hand roll is made fresh and handed one-by-one to ensure its consumed in its freshest state. Sushi Saint features many beers on tap manufactured on-site, a selection of low ABV sake-based cocktails and sake by the glass.

Made-to-order hand rolls are prepared with the finest global selection of premium seafood, at both the temaki bar and sushi lounge. The lounge menu is designed to elevate date nights and intimate group outings with DIY hand rolls, nigiri platter and other small bites.

Walk-ins are welcome. Reservations are recommended for the 12-seat temaki bar for a more personalized experience in front of the chefs.

We accept all major credit cards and are a cashless facility.

Food, service, and ambience were outstanding. The “3 stars” emanates from the “bang for your buck, which is lacking. Overpriced for the amount of food you receive.

My new favorite sushi place for high quality, buttery, flavorful sushi!!! Service with Lee was awesome!!! Great vibes inside! Will try the Omakase next!

I sat at the bar on what seemed to be the very end of a long evening. Service was still great. I had the delicious Lychee and Sakura Martini and the beautiful selected chef’s trio. My first visit, I would have appreciated an explanation of the menu prior to my ordering but was only asked after I had ordered. I wish I had tried the hand rolls the gorgeous woman next to me had prepared for her. Will definitely recommend. I will come back and try more items.

What a great experience! Our chef was very patient with us, and made us a delicious omakase. My friends and I very much enjoyed the culinary experience, the ambiance and service was top notch. My only suggestion would be to skip those deep fried shrimps next time, I didn't care for them. And also serving miso soup in a bowl instead, with a little bit of rice and fish like Edoboy does would elevate the experience. But all in all we had a great time. Thank you for making my birthday a success!
