Sushi Saint, located in Downtown Orlando's Creative Village inside the Brew Theory brewery, is a temaki hand roll bar & sushi lounge by Michelin-starred chef Michael Collantes. Each hand roll is made fresh and handed one-by-one to ensure its consumed in its freshest state. Sushi Saint features many beers on tap manufactured on-site, a selection of low ABV sake-based cocktails and sake by the glass.

Made-to-order hand rolls are prepared with the finest global selection of premium seafood, at both the temaki bar and sushi lounge. The lounge menu is designed to elevate date nights and intimate group outings with DIY hand rolls, nigiri platter and other small bites.

Walk-ins are welcome. Reservations are recommended for the 12-seat temaki bar for a more personalized experience in front of the chefs.

We accept all major credit cards and are a cashless facility.

Our server was extremely attentive, knowledgeable and gave incredible recommendations. For my intimate party of 2, we got 5 Hand rolls, all of which were unique and while we were a tad intimidated at first the seaweed wrap was crisp and light, an awesome way to eat sushi that’s not the norm. Each hand roll was flavorful and crafted with detail. Definitely will be back and recommend sushi saint for the food, service and ambiance. They even had anime playing on the projector and the music was fitting for the vibe ! The only negative (which has nothing to do with the restaurant) was the parking situation. You have to pay to park across the street which I was unaware of and was ticketed ):

My 2nd time here and it was as amazing as the 1st time. This place is a gem. I can’t wait to go back. This time we went for happy hour, food was great and drinks were really good too.

Definitely disappointed at the price difference between sitting at the omakase bar versus sitting at a traditional table. I found $14-25 per non-vegetarian handroll quite pricey. I definitely find the bar to be a better deal.

Food, service, and ambience were outstanding. The “3 stars” emanates from the “bang for your buck, which is lacking. Overpriced for the amount of food you receive.

I sat at the bar on what seemed to be the very end of a long evening. Service was still great. I had the delicious Lychee and Sakura Martini and the beautiful selected chef’s trio. My first visit, I would have appreciated an explanation of the menu prior to my ordering but was only asked after I had ordered. I wish I had tried the hand rolls the gorgeous woman next to me had prepared for her. Will definitely recommend. I will come back and try more items.
