Sushi Saint, located in Downtown Orlando's Creative Village inside the Brew Theory brewery, is a temaki hand roll bar & sushi lounge by Michelin-starred chef Michael Collantes. Each hand roll is made fresh and handed one-by-one to ensure its consumed in its freshest state. Sushi Saint features many beers on tap manufactured on-site, a selection of low ABV sake-based cocktails and sake by the glass.

Made-to-order hand rolls are prepared with the finest global selection of premium seafood, at both the temaki bar and sushi lounge. The lounge menu is designed to elevate date nights and intimate group outings with DIY hand rolls, nigiri platter and other small bites.

Walk-ins are welcome. Reservations are recommended for the 12-seat temaki bar for a more personalized experience in front of the chefs.

We accept all major credit cards and are a cashless facility.

We recently enjoyed an omakase experience that exceeded our expectations! The Michael the chef was incredible, even engaging with the kids throughout the meal. The food was fantastic, and the cocktails and sake pairings were perfectly on point. Every member of the staff made us feel welcome, and the whole family had a wonderful time!

The server/host seemed off. Previously at this restaurant I have received better service. Not sure if it was an off day for the server/host or that she was working multiple positions that made her seem overwhelmed. The service didn’t seem personable.

My wife and I have been sushi enthusiast for many years and this is certainly one of the best experiences we have had. The sushi is top-notch and our server. Mallory was fantastic.
