Love other sushi roku locations, but this one is chaotic. We sat and waited on service for 20 minutes-no water, no nothing. Tables sat after us and they were immediately helped. Others sat with nothing like us for considerable amount of time. We ordered everything at once to hedge our bets and the food was very good. Hostess was great. Manager walks around, but clearly is not taking in the service issues happening at multiple tables.
Highly recommend the Chilean Sea Bass!!!
Awesome atmosphere and great sushi! Brussels sprouts and lobster tempura appetizers were top notch. Will definitely be back!
Pam was incredible!!! Would return just because of her!
Staff was very attentive. Must tries-the Katana roll and the Truffle Brussel Sprouts.
Excellent. Highly reccomend. Just wish they had Kani salad. Lol
I was a little caution Based in the mixed reviews about service but our party of 4 was extremely well taken care off and the food was fantastic. They really went above and beyond for our birthday celebration and our eater was GREAT!!
Food was good. Service wasn’t very good.
Staff and Food were Fantastic!
Loved the complimentary b-day candle & dessert.
Best sushi restaurant in Las Vegas. Excellent menu, service and staff hands down.
Everything but the drink was disgusting. They have really fallen off. Will not be dining here again
Food was amazing. Quiet place to have conversation.
The best sashimi I’ve ever had and I’m a sashimi clover. Impeccable service and wonderful owner. Please open a location in DC!
Food was delicious. Decor was nice. Henry & the team of servers were wonderful. We were celebrating 2 special occasions & they did it justice! My family had an amazing time. It did get a bit loud, and it's definitely not "fast" food, but I highly recommend this restaurant for any special occasion.
Fantastic food!!!!!! A bit difficult to find but worth it
There were four of us in Vegas for CES and what would anyone do for dinner on the first night? Why of course go eat sushi. We were greeted at the door by a very friendly hostess. She quickly took us to our table. We all had miso soup and gasped at the thick creamy texture and full vibrant taste. After looking through the menu we ordered 3 rolls and 4 pieces of nigiri. as we strolled through buttery soft full flavored fishes we all raved to each other that Sushi Roku has set a new high bar for future sushi experiences. Our server was slightly slow though the assistants made up for it. Alll in all the best possible sushi experience.
Great food but the noise level in the smaller dinning room made it a struggle to hear & conduct some of our business conversations
We have eaten here roughly 5 times now and will always make a reservation to return when we are in town. The food is outstanding in every way as is the service. We had amazing sushi and skewers, both off of the main menu and the specials.
Definitely a do-over!
Food was delicious. Awesome views of the Strip. Service was great. Ambience was upbeat. Definitely would dine again.
We go 3 times this week because the food was amazing!!
It was happy hour and it was perfect !!
I had a great time here. I went for a date night with my boyfriend. They have a diverse selection of food so if you have any picky eaters in your party (like me!), this place has you covered. They even have vegan options, which can be a pain to find on the strip. My boyfriend got sushi, and I got a steak because I don't like sushi. The steak was amazing, and I didn't even go with the Wagyu beef. Prices are a bit on the higher side but considering that they're on the strip, the prices aren't bad at all. The only "mess up" was that one of the waitresses accidentally poured regular water into my boyfriend's glass of seltzer water. They fixed it immediately and apologized profusely, so that was no big deal to us. They start changing the ambiance for dinner at around 5, adding candles to the tables among other things. Overall I had a great experience and would definitely go here again.
If you are going for Happy Hour Specials, you have to sit at the bar :)
unbelievable food ! great for a special occasion
Great place to spend New Years. We will always remember where we were to ring in the roaring 20s!!
Everything was very good but we didn’t get the complimentary champagne that was originally offered.
I had made a reservation on the opentable site for my birthday dinner with friends. I had put in the special request that it was my birthday and if possible for us to have a nice table. When we arrived the table wasn’t quite ready, which is completely understandable being that its New Year’s Eve, so we grabbed a cocktail at the bar and by the time the bartender made out drinks our table was ready. Yes it was in the main room but it was really difficult to get in and out of and we were just facing another table, constantly making awkward eye contact. I guess because we already had drinks the waiter didn’t think he needed to come by the table. We sat there for almost 15 minutes before anyone came over. A woman took our order and apologized for the wait. A few of our items started to come out and now a man was helping our table, he never identified himself as a waiter or acknowledged that he was a little behind. As our food started to come out one of our party still wasn’t getting what she had ordered (an avocado roll). The waiter never came by to ask how we were doing or if we needed anything, we honestly felt like he was annoyed we were there. Finally when we managed to flag him down and asked about her roll he said it was coming and another one in our party ordered a drink. We timed it, 12 minutes went by and he got his drink but still no roll. Everyone was done eating at this point and we asked again and he told us the manager who took our order didn’t put it in and it was coming. Finally her food came and we just wanted to leave because we wanted to catch the fireworks. We could not get the waiter to come back to our table and had to flag someone else down for the check. They did take the avocado roll off which was nice. There was also an item on the receipt for a complimentary birthday cake and we hadn’t received that yet. We told the woman who gave us the check please not to bring it out we wanted to pay and go. Basically it’s overpriced and the service sucked
Great ambiance for our New Years dinner!!
Some of the best sushi I have ever had. The fish was fresh and the rolls were not covered in sauces - you could actually taste the quality. 10/10 would recommend for sushi in Vegas. Our server was also great and took the time to go over all the rolls with us.
I chose this place because of their gluten free menu and it did not disappoint at all!! Can’t recommend this place enough just in general, and also for those avoiding gluten. Will definitely be a place we return to!
Outstanding services and food, will definitely be going back!!!!!!!
We enjoyed our dinner very much. Only thing was there are mostly only spicy options on the menu. After discussing this with our waiter he suggested adjusting the rolls without jalapeño and having the spicy aioli on the side. So offering those options were great. The dessert we had was delicious!
It was my wife’s and I 10 year anniversary and our waiter went above and beyond our expectations. We had ordered their pumpkin bread pudding as a dessert and he comped it and even wrote “Happy Anniversary” around the plate in chocolate syrup.
High quality, but a bit pricy. Anyway great food and qualified, nice staff!
Johnny and staff are the best in the business.
The sushi was amazing, fresh, flavorful, and appealing to all your senses.
What a great place! Had no idea how great the view if the strip was! Food was beyond wonderful and the staff was great!
It was time to celebrate both my twins 21st birthdays and my 60th birthday. We chose to go to Sushi Roku and were so happy that we did.
Incredible fresh sushi, and rolls and a fabulous surpise Birthday treat for me!
Food was good, overpriced for what it was. We are avid sushi fans and we were very underwhelmed
Excellent as always. The Lobster udon was great.
