I was sooo disappointed. I was the worst experience here in Vegas of all the restaurants we have dined in. The food was bad, fish tasteless, Brussels sprouts chips greasy and bitter, edamame uncooked, white fish tasteless,...ordered drink that never came...we had been refused to seat on a table which stayed occupied all night... very bad experience. Should have gone to Nobu.
One of the best experiences I've had eating out since diagnosis!! Full gluten free menu and when I told our server that banana flambe is one of my most favorite desserts before celiac he politely laughed and let the table order it. He said 'I'm so sorry because it's not gluten free' sad face for me but I was so full I was completely ok with just watching my friends eat... Low and behold he brought it out modified gluten free and AMAZING!! I whooped with excitement! Delicious food and incredible staff!! I will forever be a fan
Took my mom here for her birthday dinner before a show & we both loved it! The staff is wonderful. The food was all delicious. Would definitely go back if we lived in Vegas.
Quick seating, great strip view, Eric was awesome with great food and drink recommendations. Went at 6:30 and the noise was very tolerable. Bring your readers since the lighting is geared toward ambiance but perfect.
Great waiter, very slow kitchen
Our servers forgot about us half the time, rarely checked in and forgot to order my roll. Once everyone was done eating I asked them to just cancel the roll because they hadn’t given me any update on time frame. The waitress looked super annoyed and then said well, it’s almost done, do you really not want it? and acted put out that I’D waited over 45 minutes for no food. They then brought out a “free ice cream” for the hassle and then forgot to take it off our bill.
Aside from the terrible experience, there were very limited sushi roll options and it was average sushi, so that didn’t help but the tiny portioned cauliflower appetizer I did get to eat was pretty delish, so... I guess that’s one positive!
Pretty disappointed overall.
Had a wonderful experience and great service!! Loved it!!
Very creative menu with some innovative dishes. Will definitely be back for a full meal instead of the lite supper/snack we had this time.
The sushi was good quality but the portions were small and I felt it was overpriced. You pay for the view of the strip which was okay but there are better views. The service was excellent and the decor very nice. Originally we were sat at a table facing the mall and I asked to be moved into the dining room near the strip as that is why we came to the restaurant because it advertised the view. They were very nice and moved us right away with no qualms. The waiter was excellent and kind and the food came out very fast. Unfortunately because of the price I don't think I'd go back but it was nice to experience once.
Never disappoints. Eric, our waiter, and the whole staff were on point. We chose the Chefs special and Eric and the Chef took great care with a food allergy and the experience was wonderful.
Sushi Roku is on our must go to list every time we come to Vegas
Fabulous restaurant. We did happy hour. The food was great and the prices were also quite surprising for the location. This will absolutely be a go-to spot on future trips. Carlos the bartender was the best.
Very good food but overpriced. Need bigger servings.
Absolutely the best Japanese restaurant on the Las Vegas Strip!
We had a great experience at Sushi Roku. It wasn't loud which was a godsend in a boisterous town like Las Vegas. Our server Lisa was lovely, she expertly reviewed our sake options by both cost and quality. We ordered sashimi as well as filets, both excellent quality and flavor.
Over expensive and no good sushi available. Would not come again.
We had the most amazing experience!!! Brussel sprout chips are a must!! Excellent service by Lisa as well as the best sushi we have ever had in our lives! We will definitely be back!!!!
Our waitress sucked. I’m not sorry. They brought over 3 wrong plates and one drink we didn’t even order. So much miscommunication with her. She tooook forever to bring our food. The ambiance was ok. It’s soooo dark, if it weren’t for the fake candle you wouldn’t see the already dark menu lol. The seating sucks the worse!!! They’re so close together you can hear your neighbors conversation so we kept it quiet.. all of us. Not going again not recommending. Everrr. I’d rather eat the sushi at Smiths. Disappointed because it’s a strip restaurant.
Very disappointed... We visit the Newport Beach location regularly. ALWAYS great service, food and atmosphere. I realize it was Valentines night but our server was over worked, food came out before appetizers, and the food was only okay.
Great food, poor service.
Will be going back. Had a Wonderful Valentines day. Was late to our reservations and they still held our table. It was a great experience
It was our first time dining here and we LOVED it! The food was excellent! We will definitely be back. Thank you!
The Izakaya Feast was simply outstanding. Every dish that came out was perfectly executed. My wife's favorite course was the Hanabi Tuna and Crispy Rice. We will be coming back soon.
Sat at the bar and an excellent sushi dinner along with several cocktails. Donald took great care of us. Will definitely be back!
Best meal we’ve ever had - sushi, wagyu beef, beef bao, miso soup, & beef skewers. Every bite was phenomenal.
The service was phenomenal. From the hostess to the sushi chefs, our server and manager, everyone made us feel special. The sushi was Outstanding! This was my be of the best meals we’ve had in Vegas, and absolutely some of the best, freshest and novel sushi we’ve had in the country.
Waitress was very rude and not helpful. Food was good.
Mediocre food. Waiter is rude and has no service skills. Bartender was friendly. Food just terrible
Foot was good but not amazing. Nice ambiance. Prices were high relative to the quality of the food.
Wonderful meal-highly recommend going there! You won’t be disappointed.
Amazing food and service! We will be back!
Great sushi restaurant with a surprising variety of sushi specialty rolls on the happy hour menu st the bar too!
Always a treat to go here and enjoy the pleasant service and wonderfully plated and tasting rolls and drinks.
Decent pricing for sushi on The Strip - with a great view from the main dining room.
Fantastic service and quality sushi selection will have ya coming back.
Never miss a chance to eat here when I’m on the west coast! Everything is delicious including the cocktails!
Had a wonderful time celebrating my husband's birthday. My husband has a particular fondness for octopus (tako). After enjoying the tako sushi, our waiter told us about a "special" not available on the menu of live tako (not actually alive, FYI). It was absolutely divine. Best tako either of us have ever had! It made for a memorable dinner and special birthday treat. Service was excellent. Value is about what you'd expect in Vegas.
It’s our 11th year in a row visiting Las Vegas, and we always make sure to stop by Sushi Roku. It has never disappointed us. This last visit, January 30th, was made even more extraordinary by our server, Alvaro M. He was very attentive, authentic, and welcoming. He thanked us for our loyalty by treating us to a beautiful, tasty dessert. He is a definite asset to Sushi Roku, and made us feel very appreciated.
We have not dined at Sushi Roku in a few years, it was outstanding! The chef’s selections were fabulous and Deborah was wonderful. Highly recommend this place! We will be back.
Sushi Roku has great quality fish. Unfortunately they do not serve the 6 and 8 chefs nigiri pieces anymore. This is what we come here for. Here the chef puts small toppings on the nigiri that makes it just spectacular Disappointed to see it gone and will probably not return. I guess it’snobu from now on.
