In 2015 we decided to open Sushi Pop in Lima with the opening of a local delivery in La Molina. Due to the success achieved, in mid-2016 we inaugurated our second distribution center in Miraflores, and also our first restaurant in this last district. The new restaurant located in Miraflores has capacity for 50 people to enjoy a great variety of sushi, oriental dishes and Nikkei tapas (Japanese and Peruvian fusion). We want to change the way we eat sushi in the country. With Sushi Pop the customer is going to find a new and fresh bet with which they will feel identified, either with the delivery option or going to the restaurant. Micha is the chef and creator of the Sushi Pop chart. His participation has been key in this process. Micha has merged the best of Peruvian and Japanese cuisine, achieving a combination of 100% authentic and exquisite flavors.
