Hey Foodies, I've been living in Oviedo Florida for ten years and Sushi Pop is by far the best restaurant in town. They have been the best place to get Sushi in Central Florida since they opened. Now they have expanded the bar area next door so they aren't crowded. I love sushi, and I don't recommend the food if you don't have the pallet for sushi. The 4- star experience may be wasted if so. I recommend making reservations. Great place to take a date! Amazing service and atmosphere. Casual or dressy.

Sushi Pop always serves the best and freshest! We have been enjoying their food for years. The atmosphere is fun and entertaining with a great service staff. I also love the new expansion and bar with great wine and beer selections!

I really love the decor. It was unique. very avant gaurde nouveau anime. It is definitely the most unique restaurant in Oviedo. Additionally, it is a place that true foodies will love. A very unique drink and food menu. You can tell the chef is well trained in a variety of cuisines just by the menu selections and the presentation of the food. They are very unique, with a mix of very different ingredients that you would not find at your normal sushi place. We had one person in our party that got the steak and it was very highly complimented. The rest of us had sushi and we were not disappointed. We will be back.

This is my new favorite restaurant. Love everything about it, most notably were the flavor combinations. The food is crazy good and the cocktails are out of this world. We live 45 minutes away, and I am already planning our next visit!

The menu had a fusion feel to it and it all came together really well. I had the Mofo and it was really a new experience in sushi with friend pork belly and fried plantains on top. Ambiance had a definite anime feel but it added to the fun atmosphere. Its a place I would definitely go back to again!

We live in Orlando and if you are familiar with the area, you know there are several sushi restaurants to choose from. Sushi Pop is worth the drive if you want fresh delicious sushi. The beauty of this place is that, so far, they are very constant about great food and service. Unlike other sushi restaurants that try to push "non" sushi dishes from their chef, Sushi Pop stays true to what is expected out of a sushi restaurant...GREAT SUSHI!

Really the best sushi I've tried in Orlando. Of course is expensive but sushi is always expensive you just need to plan accordingly if you're going over there besides, worth every penny. Highly recommended

We have enjoyed Sushi Pop many times, however tonight was the first visit since their expansion. The bar was amazing with fresh drinks (no mixers) and wonderful food. The Low Rider and Lobster Roll are outstanding.

We go often and always have the best rolls. I try a new one each time. The wings of all things are also incredible.

The food here was over the top. It was very very good. It has a variety of food besides their sushi. The service was GREAT. Our waitress Megan was one of the best. you got to try this restaurant. They recently added a new bar, which is very beautiful.

Delish. Fresh nouveau sushi in a contemporary atmosphere. Servers were knowledgeable and helpful. Best to have a reservation but during the week it's not usually necessary. Great place.

What else can I say. Sushi pop is the best sushi in the greater Orlando area. The servers are always great, the manager greets every table and makes you feel welcome. Their rolls are so creative and I haven't tried one yet that I've disliked. Try the ceviche roll. It's so incredibly fresh and almost melts in your mouth.

I am a frequent patron that travels nationally so basically i am a professional eater.

SushiPOP is by far one of the best restaurant you will ever visit.
- incredible and creative food. Literally everything on the menu is potentially the best food that you have ever had.
- excellent, warm and knowledgeable staff. With their menu with as many changes and new items that get added, it takes a special foodie centric wait staff to keep up with the menu. Theirs is as good as you will ever find.
- awesome mixologists and bar with craft beers, unique mixed drinks and a master at the helm.

If you are in central FL Sushi POP is a must visit attraction!

Sat in the new lounge for the first time. Great sushi. As always, and tried a delicious fruity cocktail at late night "happy hour" price of only $5.
Love this place!!

Since we found this place a few months ago, we consider it a must to visit at least once every time we go to Orlando. It is the most creative and delicious sushi we've ever had, except perhaps at Nobu. Go with an open mind and taste buds ready for new delights and try whatever is new and recommended that day, as well as some regular favorites of ours like the Ceviche Roll and the Yellowtail Belly Nigiri Special and the Salmon Belly Nigiri Special and I think you'll become as passionate about this place as we are.

New bar recently opened has some amazing drinks. Peche Mode was bourbon and burnt peach. Smoky, smooth with subtle fruit. Amazing.

This restaurant maintains a high quality every visit.

I was excited to make the drive out to Sushi Pop after reading the reviews. Our sushi was really warm and the rolls were small. Minimal fish and extra rice. The atmosphere was energetic however, the restaurant was very crowded with large tables. I also believe the air-condition was broken it was extremely warm inside the restaurant.

Sushi Pop is the most consistently amazing restaurant that I have ever been to. There is a reason their reputation is so outstanding. The new bar side succeeds at creating a metro atmosphere in the middle of, literally, a sod farm in Oviedo.

We have visited Sushi Pop on numerous occasions and the experience has always been excellent. I highly recommend that you give this restaurant a try!

The food here is made with purpose and creativity that is a respite from the chains so prominent in Orlando. The owner and chef particularly likes to do things with pickling and I highly recommend these treats. We are vegetarian, and find the options so savory and wonderful. The new space for the restaurant is so well designed it makes for a perfect date night spot or social.

This is a wonderful fun restaurant. The food is excellent and very creative. There is always something on the menu that is new. The staff is the friendliest in central Florida. Our favorite.

We had dinner early and it was very enjoyable. We were able sit at the sushi bar but if making reservations online and you want to sit at the bar, put that in the notes section. We were at the end of the bar and the chefs were in the middle section.

The food was excellent. We started with a couple of pieces of nigiri, which were nicely presented and delicious. Then we had a couple of rolls, it was hard to decide which was our favorite. We followed that with another roll and two more orders of nigiri. Everything was good and we sampled a lot of the menu. Service was excellent. Needless to say the bill was $, but was a fun evening of beautiful food.

My experience at Sushi pop was fantastic. I highly recommend visiting the staff at the hottest sushi spot in Oviedo. Shelby was our server and made great suggestions and recommendations, catered to our specific tastes in both fish and drinks.

Sufian was a great bartender and made absolutely delicious, one of a kind cocktails.

Matt, the manager, came out to visit us a couple of times to make sure that everything was prepared exactly the way that we wanted.

It truly felt like we were part of the Sushi Pop family.

I've heard a lot about this place and finally made it out to give it a shot. Was it the best sushi I think I've had in Orlando - no. I think there are some contenders closer to downtown Orlando. But it was a great experience and I'm glad we checked it out. Was thrilled to arrive to a full bar, rather than only beer and wine. We tried the Sushi and Sashimi tray and it was incredibly fresh and really, really good. The Ceviche roll was what everyone seemed to rave about, and it was good, but wish I tried something else. Edamame was great, too. Definitely has a great atmosphere. All in all, recommend.
