Sushi Omakase - Roseville
The food was excellent! The staff was so welcoming and friendly. Great atmosphere. We will definitely be going back!
Food is always great!! Service was good! Busy Saturday night with music.... Fun!! Would definitely recommend!!
Great family dinner! Thanks Omakase :)
The food was good, but service needs improvement. We did not get a receipt with a breakdown (I was already in the car) when my husband paid and even though we had a groupon, I think they over charged my husband.
Our first time will NOT be our last. Service (Malia) was outstanding and food was fresh and flavorful. Sushi Omakase is now our “go-to” sushi restaurant!!
We had a reservation however the table was not set, nor did we get plates/service set-ups until 34-40 minutes of sitting. That is also how long it took to get our appetizers (garlic edamame and dragon balls). We knew they had just become busy when we arrived thus we ordered apps right away, so we could be more patient waiting for main course. I think if the communication was better from our server that would have made a world of difference. She didn't acknowledge it was taking a long time, and with a party of 10 the tip is set. We did however love the atmosphere and how kid friendly it was! She kept the soda's coming for the teens, they were happy. We really enjoyed the outdoor space and will go back again. I think additional training for the servers could take this restaurant to the next level.
Great ambiance - as we sat outside and the patio is delightful. Not sure how the indoor atmosphere is. The good was excellent as well - a great spin on some normal sushi delights. We went with the family - mom/dad/two daughters and were very happy!
Hidden Sushi gem in Sacramento area! Friendly staff, fast and attentive service! And of course... oh sushi!! Yum!!!
BEST sushi we’ve ever had. Beautiful restaurant and serene atmosphere.
Nice ambience, great outdoor area w live music (we went on Sat) and games for kids. Food was good, but pricey. Our server was so nice, but had too many tables. We waited a long time for drinks and food. While not packed, they obviously didn't have enough severs to provide good service.
Made reservation on open table but it wouldn’t go through. Arrived and had no problem getting seated. Delicious sushi rolls! We will be back!
My experience was good! It was not busy when we arrived, we sat outside and were warned about bugs once the sun went down. No bugs bugged us. The server was kind and answered all of our questions professionally. The food was served quickly and cleanly. The sushi I had there was the best I have had this far away from the coast. The fish was able to be complimented, and displayed in both vision and palate so beautifully. I will be returning!
Portions are better than others. Excellent food.
Great food, fun atmosphere! Live music was great. Service was so nice
The food and service were great. We had high expectations and they were met.
We came in toward the end of the evening. The staff took exceptional care of us and stayed late for us. The music was excellent. The sushi was first rate. I will definitely come here again soon. As an added bonus, they serve and deliver to the Final Gravity tap room next door.
I’ve eaten at over 100 Sushi Restaurants and this one hands down has the best rolls. If you into tons of fresh fish on the rolls, this is your new spot. It makes Mikunis look like Chucky Cheese. This place is legit. Just check it out. The rolls might be a little pricey, but the amount of fish that put on the rolls makes up for it.
Overall it was a good meal. A little pricey for rolls but they were good. Service wasn’t bad, but wasn’t spectacular either. I’m sure I’ll make my way back. Saturday nights there is a live singer, if you’re into that kind of thing, she did pretty good.
Generous serving sizes. Tasty sushi. Edamame is complimentary, unlike some sushi places. Cucumber salad was good but I wouldn’t recommend the octopus add-on (was not very fresh). Friendly staff. And it’s nice to see some female sushi chefs. The patio area looks great for nice days. They have some oversized games to keep kids and adults entertained. Would love to see more diverse beer options, especially with a beer bar next door. Regardless, I highly recommend this restaurant.
We tried Sushi Omakase for the first time last week. The food was good, but priced a little high. We tried the fresh wasabi, which was highlighted on the menu as a must try. It was very different than what we are all used to having. I'm no expert, but I prefer the basic wasabi that we have all become accustomed to having with sushi. The service was very good and overall it was a nice experience.
