Sushi MITO is a Japanese restaurant that serves grilled izakaya in addition to fresh sushi rolls. The cuisine here is authentic as it gets, as the entire kitchen staff is native Japanese and experienced cooks and sushi chefs. All of the ingredients used in the Sushi MITO kitchen are sourced locally from farms, butchers and fishermen.
Sushi MITO's izakaya menu changes seasonally to reflect what ingredients are available, but there are some items that are considered staples and are regularly available. Some of these include the wasabi tuna, sautŽed garlic steak, mushroom tofu and Japanese-style calamari. The star at Sushi MITO is of course, the sushi. The best way to enjoy it is to order one of the combination platters that combines several of Sushi MITO's signature rolls on one plate.
