Sushi can’t be beat but service is consistently terrible.

The sushi was very good. A very nice selection of fish. Really great assortment of custom rolls. Our server was great and food was served quickly. Definitely would recommend.

Vee was our waitress and did an outstanding job. It was our first time there and our first date night away from the kiddo in over a year! We had a great time!

Made dinner reservations here for our annual Secret Santa gift exchange. Unfortunately, we had a very poor experience. Once we had been seated we had to get up and ask for a server after not being greeted for nearly 10 minutes. Our waiter was not attentive and it took about 40 minutes for us to get our drinks from the bar. We placed our food order at the same time we placed our drink order and when the food finally came out, only 3 people out of 5 received their food. Our waiter returned to our table a few minutes later to tell us that he had forgot to ring in the remainder of our food items. The menu also stated that the side salad came with apples and candied walnuts but they were not ok the salad when it came out. We then asked for a side of them and never received them. At the end of our meal we asked to speak with the manager and they did not seem very interested in what we had to say. They stated that they have not had toppings on the salad for over 6 months but have not updated the menu. Although the service was terrible, the sushi rolls and orange chicken were great.

Slow and somewhat poor service.

First time back since the pandemic and had a great experience. The Chuck Norris and Mr Miyagi were superb. It's got a sports bar atmosphere that doesn't take away from your ability to have a conversation. Will definitely be going back soon.

Had a great time and food was excellent.

We love this place! The sushi is always very fresh and delicious. In addition, the servers are excellent and attentive. The environment is vibrant with fun throwback music videos on all the screens. Also, an excellent place to watch sports.

Some of the best Sushi we've eaten. Our waiter Dylan was GREAT & very helpful. Will definitely be coming back.

Paying off a big bet my fiance´ and I made at the beginning of football season about who would win - my Cowboys or his Steelers! A rivalry that started between us back in the early 90's when we were High School Sweethearts and recently reunited during the quarantine after 27 years!! The losing team fan had to wear the other team's attire (he would have to wear my small pink Cowboys' jersey - LOL), walk around and pay for dinner on the Cowboys turf - The Star in Frisco! Never doubting Dak would take the victory for me, my future victory dance visions took a sharp nosedive straight to the bench while watching Daks' gruesome injury. Yet, the diehard fan I am, I felt they could still pull this off. Although my 'boys played their hearts out, they weren't able to capture this victory for not only me but also being the only team to stop the Steelers defeating path. So, tucking my tail under, date night at The Star, walking around then dining at Sushi Marquee in full Steelers attire it was for us.

We couldn't have picked a better place to dine and had better service. It ended up being one of our most favorite date nights. Our waitress made our date night very enjoyable from start to finish. We were thankful for her warm and fun personality, attentiveness, and recommendations on sushi rolls we were considering, which turned out to be the perfect choices. Both the Big Marquee roll and The Volcano (topped with both crawfish and scallops) were extremely delicious and the Chef's presentation was awesome! More so, she sympathized with me as she is also a Dallas Cowboys' fan with her fiance´ being a Pittsburgh Steelers' fan!

I usually LOVE sushi marquee, but I think COVID has really hurt the quality unfortunately. The wine list has been cut significantly and the rolls just didn't have the same quality. I hope once the demand is back that they get back to pre-COVID levels as this was one of my favorites.

Service was very slow and not attentive. I had to walk around 2 times for 5-10 minutes to get a waiters attention. Ridiculously loud music with only 3 tables occupied. Sushi was good but a cooked entree was 15 minutes later than other food and then over cooked.

We've had trouble getting a table at Sushi Marquee. They are always booked. So we forgot how good the food is there! The sushi is innovative and unique. Everything was perfect. Our service was great. The value is great. And if you are looking for dessert the fried oreos are to die for.

Enjoyable meal with great sushi

My first time dining here. The food was delicious and great service. My husband loved the sushi he ordered.

We were there for a double date with friends on a Sunday evening. Half the tables on patio were dirty including the one they tried to seat us at. We asked the waitress to clean the table and seats after the hostess brushed off crumbs and left. Waitress was okay though she kept saying she was very busy and understaffed. Refills took a while from the bar every time. The food was fantastic. Really wish the atmosphere was better. The outside bar was closed but piled with rags and dirty dishes. The tables that had patrons leave were left dirty until the hostess would try to sit another party at them, in which case they would be halfway cleaned. The bathrooms were filthy and floors in the restaurant sticky and disgusting.
It should be clean. Always!!

We were stressing when we got there because it took us a while to find the restaurant. We ran into traffic driving in and we were late for our reservation but when we arrived, there were several tables empty and the hostess said it wasn't a problem.
We loved everything we ate! The edamama was wonderful, as were the lamb lollipops. After those two appetizers, we ordered the Beuller, Beuller roll and the roasted peppers. Both were absolutely wonderful! Next we ordered the Rock the Casbah roll and the Back Nine Dallas roll. They were also quite delicious. Our server was excellent! We were pleasantly surprised when we got the check that it really wasn't all that expensive either.
We will definitely be back!

I had such an amazing time! I came for my daughters birthday with some friends and family, the service was fast and efficient everything came out exactly how we asked. We hope to be returning soon. And the best part was it came with a complimentary dessert for my daughter and her friends.

Sushi was amazing as always!!! Server was great and super nice, didn’t catch his name. Ended it with a perfect slice of cheesecake. We always love going to Sushi Marquee.

Great sushi and other dishes. We really loved the outdoor dining that was available. Service was great. We really enjoyed our lunch.

It was extremely loud. Our waiter didn’t seem to know much about the menu at all! I ordered Sauvignon Blanc and he had no idea what that was. We ordered a roll that had so much wasabi in it we didn’t even eat it. We ended up just getting out tab and leaving. It was a horrible sushi experience and overall horrible dining experience.

The area where we sat was filthy. It literally looked like someone partied there all night and then they opened the restaurant and let people come in to eat without cleaning. We won’t be back.

Great sushi but isn’t your traditional sushi offerings. The Volcano was amazing and the ambience of The Star just cannot be beat.

Wonderful date night with my DH. We were on the patio with the vibrant atmosphere still palpable as in the interior of the restaurant, but slightly dimmed allowing for more private conversation. Service by Dylan was impeccable as during our last visit. Food was delicious and served in a timely manner. We'll be back.

It’s was nice on the patio. Love the music! Waiter a tad slow and forgot to bring some drinks we ordered, but other than that all good.

Do not get the ribeye. My girlfriend liked the sashimi but other then that it was not good.

Great experience & Great sushi, will definitely be back to try other rolls and dishes. Lobster roll, non-rice roll and Tuna Tartar were the highlights. Also good craft cocktails.

During the COVID-19 restrictions, this was a perfect outing. We sat on the patio, where you can still hear the music and enjoy the entertainment. Service was friendly, swift, and attentive. Food was excellent as usual. We'll be coming back in the near future.

it is a bit loud but happy it wasn't packed cause you have to make a reservation. Food is spectacular and the service was very friendly!
