Sushi Kashiba is Seattle's destination for Japanese fine dining at its highest level. Located next to historic Pike Place Market. Take a coveted seat at the Omakase sushi bar, where you just might find multi-James Beard Award nominated Chef Shiro Kashiba holding court.

Most guests order one of Sushi Kashiba's chef curated sushi dinners. The mix of fresh local fish as well as delicacies from Japan and around the world will satisfy the palette of seasoned sushi fans as well as new entrants into the sushi world. We also feature à la carte items like agedashi tofu, oysters on the half shell and Chef Kashiba's New York Times featured black cod kasuzuke. Welcome to Sushi Kashiba.

Chef's Counter Omakase Experience Please note: Omakase Experience is Chef ’s choice. A la carte menu is not available at Chef ’s Counter. Seating is for 1 hour and 45 minutes. Special sushi requests or repeats may be made via additions. Please kindly indicate any allergies at the time of booking. We can accommodate up to one allergy per guest. We are unable to accommodate diners with specific dietary restrictions such as vegetarian diets, celiac disease, and alcohol allergies at the Chef's Counter. Sushi very good but not as superb as the top sushi places in NY or DC Service was attentive and helpful. Prices were not exorbitant compared to high end sushi establishments in other big cities Also enjoyed wide variety of kitchen choices in addition to sushi

When you want to celebrate something big you come here and sit down at the chefs counter and do the whole thing. What an amazing omakase experience and the best seat in Seattle. An amazing dinner we won’t forget.

This was the best meal I have ever eaten. The fish was fresh, and perfectly prepared. The flavors were amazing right down to the sushi dessert.

Perfect date night! The Omakase Chef-selection was delicious and I’m thankful for the authentic Japanese dishes that I haven’t had the pleasure enjoying until now. This is a must-try hidden gem.

A place to enjoy some of the best Japan's edo style nigiri outside Japan. If you ever find yourself in Seattle and craving sushi you should definitely make the trip. Sushi Kashiba showcases some of the best North western seafood as well as specialties from Japan- including a few unique cuts rarely found in the states. Conveniently tucked in a quiet side street next to Pike's Market you can enjoy both the hustle and the bounty of Seattle's local seafood scene. Supported by some of the friendliest and knowledgeable staff. The whole dining experience is fun, exciting, and full-filling.

Absolutely incredible dinner! Best sushi we’ve ever had. We flew up from SoCal to celebrate my husband getting a new job and were thrilled with our experience. Hands down best sushi we’ve had in the US.
