   We were in the mood for omakase and stumbled upon Sushi Hakko. Loved the set menu and the attention to detail- from the glasses, dinnerware, ambiance to the absolutely incredible food. Just go! One of my favorite restaurant experiences in awhile.

   Chef Alex is a great guy, filled with motivation, creativity, and an amazing intuition for mixing flavors, which include fresh and fermented ones. The pairings with wine or sake are precise. The ambiance is just perfect for enjoying the food, a nice chat, and perfect for a date. Finally, the staff is just amazing, the servers are so attentive and even sweet. One of the best sushi experiences I’ve ever had so far. So happy I live in SF to enjoy this mor than once. Now it’s your turn.

    Our first time here and it was memorable. Interesting menu, tasty sushi, and a house brand beer which was fantastic. The service was exceptional in every way. We ordered off the a la carte menu and everything we got was delicious. Portions are modest which wasn’t at all an issue as everything was great and we reordered a couple of our most fave items. Good ambience and beautiful space. We will def be back.
