   Our experience was nice! We did the 65$ for 60 min 12 courses. Food was great, service was great, the chef was very nice, atmosphere was fun, but ended up being a bit more expensive than we thought. Our water was 12$ each for still, and cocktails were 18$ each.

   Excellent experience. Sushi was excellent. Variety, freshness, inventiveness …. All great. The sushi chef was personable and added to the experience. Was just a fun meal. My only minor complaint is that we did the 17 piece dinner and it seemed a little rushed to get that done in an hour. Enjoyed the cocktails as well.

   Excellent dinner. One of the best sushi experiences I’ve had and I love the 90s hip hop atmosphere of the place.

   First time at Sushi By Bou and it was great. Chief Sean was great he made conversation with us and told us what each item was . enjoyed it very much was nervous about not big full but was . great experience. glad my daughter picked it for her bday dinner.

   We had a Friday evening dinner reservation for two. The reviews led me to believe that we would feel a bit rushed for the 17 course dinner in 60 minutes, so we stopped for drinks first. I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't rushed AT ALL. The food the delicious, very nice presentation, great saki on the drink menu and I couldn't ask for more from the service staff and incredible chef. Sushi by Bou is a vibe. We are glad that we made the decision to give this place a try, and will definitely be back often.

    Loved the way we were welcome. The sushi served were very fresh and delicious without doubt. The ambience was nice for an Omakase experience but I wouldn’t say the most intimate if that is something you are looking for. However my only complaint is that the experience was supposed to be for an hour, but started at 6:05 and was over by 6:30 making it a 25 minute experience instead of 1 hour. So the value I think was just not justified. I got a 17 course bougie experience that included only a single Sake with which it should start as per the description but I drank it at my whim, taking away my excitement of a full Japanese experience. I wish it were made more interactive by the chef but felt hurried.
