   My first visit to Sushi by Bou was an incredible experience. The atmosphere was stylish and inviting, making it a perfect setting for a night out. The staff was warm, attentive, and efficient—special thanks to Tashon, Skye, and Colin for their exceptional service. Chef Wen was not only kind but also crafted absolutely delicious sushi that truly stood out. I’ll definitely be returning, and I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for delicious sushi and great vibes!

   First time coming, and I was so excited, but I ended up disappointed. It went very quickly. It only lasted 30 minutes, and it was quite expensive for me. For two people, one drink, and a tip, I paid $186. I thought it would have at least lasted an hour. The food was good, but I came for the experience, and the experience was very lacking. The set up was nice and very intimate. The chairs needed to be higher though. It was hard to see what the chef was doing over the plates and glasses. I don't think I'll come again. It wasn't worth it for me. I'm sure others might enjoy it though

   From the moment we walk in it was a total vibe! The staff was so organized and took amazing care of us. The sushi was mind blowing. You’ve got to put this spot on your bucket list!

   The sushi were smaller than usual. Only went because there was the $50 12 course promotion but even that wasn’t worth it. we were all still starving after the meal. It also didn’t have the joy of going for an omakase where usually the chef engages with the customers and there will be interesting dishes that is the highlight of the meal. Overall do not recommend

   This was a horrible experience. We were extremely rushed to finish one sitting in 30 min and couldn’t even actually enjoy the meal. Sushi was subpar but service was nice but definitely not worth the price for this.

   We opted for the special $55 at 5pm deal. The price was great for the 12 course omakase. The sushi was all fresh and melted in your mouth. We like to go out for lots of sushi restaurants and this was good value for the money. We also ordered cocktails which didn't skimp on the whisky. I highly recommend this deal.

    I went to Sushi by Bou on 3/17 and it was a great experience!! Staff were friendly and attentive to your needs. The fish was SO fresh and yummy. I really can not wait to visit again! Definitely a must try Omakase experience :)
