   The service was impeccable, they did not miss a beat. Jeff and Jordan were our chefs for the night. They not only showed spectacular skill in their art of sushi but were super friendly. The atmosphere created for you to enjoy with friends and make new friends.

   From start to finish it was amazing! Good and drinks were extremely on point. Love a sake inspired drink and they made one that wasn’t too sweet and was perfect. Parking is a little weird though as salt 7 is off of the main road, kind of hard to find, and parking is weird- we valeted and it was easy.

    Sushi by Bou was amazing. We arrived a little bit early (and I wish we had arrived even earlier!), and we were seated at a table where we could order cocktails, mocktails, sake, etc while we waited for our reservation spot. The drink list was GREAT, and the space, while very small, is super cool and cozy. The sushi chefs were very talented and charismatic- you can tell they love what they do! The sushi was incredible- complex flavors, incredibly fresh and buttery textures, and each bite was unique and exciting. At the end, we had an opportunity to order any additional pieces that we’d like to try again (such an awesome opportunity to have just one more bite of our favorites!). And when our reservation time was up, there was a private disco room where we could order more drinks and dessert if we weren’t ready to go home quite yet! It was an incredible experience, and we can’t wait to come back again.

    Such great service. The omakase experience is amazing. The fish they serve is so buttery. The cocktails were delicious. Everyone is so nice and helpful. The ice cream mochi and cotton candy cheese was delicious! Overall great experience and great date night.

    Dine in | Dinner | $100+ Not a traditional omakase by any means. But let me dispel some of the bs floating around bout this place. It is a 1 hour 17 piece omakase. Having eaten 50 Michelin stars worth of sushi, I can tell you this place is great, but do not expect the traditional Japanese experience. Loud music, bright colors, one hour. You show up and you sit in the lounge, which is 3 small tables next to the sushi bar. You have cocktails or sake. The five cocktails we had were very good. The sake selection is limited. You sit here until you are ready to be seated at the sushi bar. (If you want drinks before or after, salt 7, has great drinks and is downstairs). The 17 pieces were dressed beautifully, toppings and seasoning were great. Fish was fresh and of high quality. Chefs were interactive, fun, funny and pleasant. Every piece was great. After your last piece you are take to a back room they call the dessert room and you can finish your drinks and have dessert there, you can also order more drinks, dessert there. For 125 a person, I HIGHLY recommend this place. If we lived close, it would be a weekly dinner. But any time I come to ftl, we will have dinner there.

    Evening with my son. Going for Omikase is our favorite thing and we have been fortunate enough to experience some of the best in the country. For sushi in FLL, it was a cut above (no pun intended). As an Omikase - good not great. The venue is tucked away on the 3rd floor of a building and very hard to find. The instructions texted to us were inconclusive. Southeast corner of the street/southwest corner of the building? Never found the valet. Once we settled in, we did enjoy the meal. Everyone was friendly and attentive.

    Our third time dinning here and will definitely be back! This time it was a date night with our teenage daughters and they were impressed and so happy! It was the perfect family night out.     We went to the Las Olas location for the latest dinner experience at 8:45 on a Friday night. This was my first Omakase experience, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The chef was left to work by himself for the first hour, as the other chef had an emergency, and he killed it, he served everything in perfect timing, and the flavors were beyond amazing. A second chef (Chef Moon) showed up to help out that came from the New York location and he was also extremely amazing and added to the party. We received many complementary drinks from the restaurant and From the other couples, and we also received an extra treat from the chefs themselves at the end of the night. I felt the timing of each piece was perfect & the energy from the chefs and the other couples dining at the restaurant as well were phenomenal. I loved that it was a private setting of no more than 9 diners at a time, it added to the experience itself. Overall, I must say this experience was by far one of my favorite food experiences, and I look forward to going again soon.
