Hamachi - Yellowtail
Yellowtail Amberjack is recognized by its bright yellow fin. A mild and sweet taste. Complemented with finely chopped chives.
Akami - Lean Bluefin Tuna
"Red" in Japanese. Rich and deep in flavor and a true taste of the ocean. Topped with fresh ginger.
Botan Ebi - Spotted Prawn
A Japanese delicacy with a unique soft crunchy texture and hints of sweet and citrus flavors.
Ikura - Salmon Roe

We had a great experience at “bougie” omakase! It was delicious, the chefs were great, the drinks were tasty, and the music was on point. Overall, we really enjoyed it and are happy we celebrated our anniversary there.

Excellent for the price and ambience. Creative and more fusion omakase in my opinion. I would have given 5 starts for food rating. I am just used to authentic Japanese sushi at Kabuto LV, One of the best sushi in the USA in my opinion.

As always, this location never disappoints. Always great hospitality and delicious food. The chefs are entertaining and skilled in their craft. One thing I was disappointed in was the elevator. It used to have flowers on the roof and a Sushi by Bou area rug. It created excitement of what’s to come.

AMAZING! Amazing food amazing staff! Jeff and Jordan Made the night unforgettable. We had the 17 course and couldn’t decide which one was the best! Definitely coming back.
