   As someone who has experienced a decent amount of omakase it is difficult to give Sushi By Bou an unbiased review. I think the experience is predominantly catered towards those who want a sort of fast fashion version of omakase, who haven't experienced it before. Loud blaring music, playlist with no cohesion and someone constantly skipping songs when they see fit, no true presentation or explanation of dishes aside from what type of fish it is. The food is mediocre, the service is friendly but sloppy. Quite common to see staff constantly on their phones or forget orders. There was a 60$ option and a 120+ option, I would recommend the 60$ option only as the additional 5 courses vs the 12 was not that noticeable. If you are willing to pay a little more for a true Omakase experience I suggest Naoe, Hiden, The Den, or various other true omakase experiences that truly live up to the spirit of chef's choice.

   Very good Omakase, mostly hits with a couple of misses. Pleasant experience overall.

   Everything was a great overall experience. Quality sushi and prepared perfectly. Rice was seasoned perfectly and temperature was served just right. The only minor drawback was that I felt a bit rushed in between each coarse. There were a couple of times I didn’t even have time to eat a piece of ginger between the next coarse. Other than that, overall great experience, great ambiance, and great food.

   Best sushi spot in Brickell by far! The fish is unbelievably fresh and it’s at a great value too, especially compared to other options that aren’t nearly as good. Highly recommend

   Sushi chef was talented but not very personable. Real problem was the razor thin cuts of fish, very stingy, especially for the upgraded bougie 18 course. Been to 2 other locations of bou and the fish size was easily 2-3x per course. Also, did not appreciate the Chinese chef who came in late and went straight to handling food without washing hands, and regularly touched his phone and didn't wash his hands afterwards. Had to flag people down when drinks were empty as well.

   We loved it. As a huge Omakase fan this was a fun and delicious experience. My whole family enjoyed it a lot!!

    Chef Moon, Alex, and the whole staff absolutely blew us away. The food and experience were unforgettable and we cannot wait to return. Highlight of our whole trip to Miami. A must go!
