   little door opening a way to an alternate universe -- no more New York City, and nothing as it should be in a real life. Lady and not a Japanese Lady, serving omakaze of a superb quality, piece by piece, intriguing and satisfying every single one of my taste buds, with the time to absorb the taste, and be ready for the next piece... No rushing, not a single thought outside of the current appreciation of this unique experience... Definitely recommend to anyone open to a different look on life...

   What a wonderful evening! The restaurant is very cozy and relaxing. The music was wonderful and contributed to the great ambiance. Chef was very inviting and the food spoke for itself - fresh, delicious, seasoned and executed perfectly. The rice was some of the best sushi rice I’ve had with the perfect amount of vinegar and was delicately formed. The cocktail and sake selection paired great with the meal. Already talking about when we are coming back.

   Amazing! Every piece curated by Oona was exceptional! Absolutely fantastic, this is the most creative and thoughtful omakase I’ve ever had! Strongly strongly recommend.

   This is my last time ever for this sushi place...disappointed by the fact that it is sushi by Bou quality with sushi by bae price. Fish is not fresh, high quality Service is okay Rice is saggy and loose Sake pairing...joke A la carte is rip-off period I had such high respect and expectations to this lady sushi chef, sorry but you let me down big time!

   Absolutely amazing! This is not a cheap meal, but it's not meant to be. You're paying a premium price for premium product and service. And you won't be disappointed. There wasn't one piece that didn't speak excellence. And in fact, I was left wanting more. I highly recommend getting a good sake to go with the meal. It compliments things well and doesn't get in the way like a beer or cocktail might. The staff can help make great choices based on what you tend to like and will offer tasters of anything before serving to make sure you're happy with the selection. I love Sushi by Bou, but have now found another love in Sushi by Bae. I will be a lifetime customer and look forward to my next meal here.
