This is our seventh time here, and the quality since it opened has never dropped. Our favorite restaurant, with an innovative menu that delights and surprises us every time we visit. Our party of four tried three different drinks, including two from the seasonal menu and one old favorite; we were unable to choose which were the best, because they all rated "oooh, next time I'll try THAT one!" status from each of us. Presentation and flavors are all pleasing. The atmosphere is always quiet enough to talk among ourselves without having to strain to listen. Keep it up, Surreal!

Great outdoor space for lunch. Jennifer was a great server. She greeted us with a big smile every time she came to the table. Her big energy was appreciated! The food was good and the cocktails were impressive!

We’ve visited twice for dinner since April with out of town guests. Both groups said they would return. The food is tasty and pretty. Portion size is reasonable, not tasting menu sized and not heavy. The preparations are unconventional. Read the menu first to ensure that the food choices are appealing to your party. Crab cakes, Norwegian salmon, and Pork Fried rice entrees were hits. Good place to spend a few hours catching up. Noise levels are reasonable.

My omelette was horrible. Eggs seemed to be processed eggs. I asked for cheese and they gave me goat cheese. My mistake for not specifying but waiter mistake for not asking . My friend said the salmon was pretty good. They were out of the salmon sandwich though so she had to do a platter. No regular croissants. Which was disappointing to my friend. Our waiter was friendly but seemed new. It was just fair but I won’t be coming back.

Service was amazing and the menu had plenty of options for everyone. Food was just okay, not bad but nothing spectacular.

Surreal was surreal!!! 10 out of 10, I would highly recommend. I took my Chosen Cousin here for her birthday and we had such a great time. The food was great. The service even better. Edgar was the best server, HANDS DOWN! Perfect place for pictures and large gatherings. Parking in the garage. Some on street.

The service was EXTREMELY slow. It took over an hour to get out coffee and drinks for brunch and after asking numerous times for it. The coffe was already cold by the time the creamer and sugar was given. Extremely bad service on a day that wasn’t even busy. It really took away from the food that was actually good.
